Grant of Options. Subject to the terms and provisions of the Plan, Options may be granted to Employees, Consultants or Directors at any time and from time to time as determined by the Committee. The Committee, in its sole discretion, shall determine the number of Shares subject to each Option.

Grant of Options. Subject to and consistent with the provisions of the Plan, Options may be granted to any Eligible Person in such number, and upon such terms, and at any time and from time to time as shall be determined by the Committee.

Subject to the terms and provisions of the Plan, Options may be granted to Eligible Employees in the number, and upon the terms, and at any time and from time to time, as determined by the Committee.

The grant of Options under the Plan is made at the sole discretion of the Company. Employees, Non-Employee Directors and Consultants of the Company and its Affiliates, are eligible to receive grants under the Plan. The Board has broad discretion to determine who will receive Options and to set the terms and conditions of the Options. The Company may decide, in its sole discretion, not to make any grants of Options to you in the future. Under the terms of the Plan and the Agreement, you have no entitlement or claim to receive future grants of Options.

Grant of Options. Options may be granted hereunder to Participants either alone or in addition to other Awards granted under the Plan. Any Option shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Article and to such additional terms and conditions, not inconsistent with the provisions of the Plan, as the Committee shall deem desirable.
