Grant as Incentive Stock Option. This option is intended to qualify as an incentive stock option under Section 422 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the regulations thereunder (the “Code”).

Incentive Stock Option” means an Option intended to be (as set forth in the Grant Agreement) and which qualifies as an “incentive stock option” within the meaning of Section 422(b) of the Code or any successor provision thereto as in effect from time to time.

Grant as Non-Qualified Stock Option. This option is not intended to qualify as an incentive stock option under Section 422 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the regulations thereunder (the “Code”).

If designated an Incentive Stock Option, this Option is intended to qualify as an Incentive Stock Option as defined in Section 422 of the Code, or any successor provision.

Incentive Stock Option” shall mean a stock option intended to qualify as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422A of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

“Incentive Stock Option” means an Option granted with the intention that it qualify as an “incentive stock option” as that term is defined for purposes of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision.

Incentive Stock Option” means any Option designated as such and granted in accordance with the requirements of Section 422 of the Internal Revenue Code.

Incentive Stock Option” means an Option intended to qualify as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code and the regulations promulgated thereunder.

"Incentive Stock Option" shall mean an Option that is intended to qualify as an incentive stock option and conforms to the applicable provisions of Section 422 of the Code.

Grant as Non-Statutory Stock Option. This option is intended to qualify as a non-statutory stock option under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the regulations thereunder (the “Code”).
