Rights as an Employee. The Plan shall not be construed to give any individual the right to remain in the employ of the Company or to affect the right of the Company to terminate such individuals employment at any time, with or without cause. The grant of an Option shall not entitle the Participant to, or disqualify the Participant from, participation in the grant of any other Option under the Plan or participation in any other plan maintained by the Company.
No Rights to Continued Employment. Neither this Plan nor the grant of any Option hereunder shall confer any right on any employee to remain in the employ of the Company or any Participating Subsidiary, or restrict the right of the Company or any Participating Subsidiary to terminate such employee's employment.
EMPLOYMENT. Nothing in the Plan shall interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company to terminate any Participant's employment at any time, nor confer upon any Participant any right to continue in the employ of the Company.
RIGHTS TO EMPLOYMENT OR OTHER SERVICE. Nothing in the Plan or in any Grant issued pursuant to the Plan shall confer on any individual any right to continue in the employ or other service of the Participating Company (if applicable) or interfere in any way with the right of the Participating Company and its stockholders to terminate the individual's employment or other service at any time.
Employment. Nothing in the Plan shall interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company to terminate any Participant’s employment at any time, nor confer upon any Participant any right to continue in the employ of the Company.
Nothing in the Plan or participation in the Plan shall confer upon any Participant the right to be employed by the Company or an Affiliate or to continue in the employ of the Company or an Affiliate, nor shall anything in the Plan, or participation in the Plan amend, alter or otherwise affect any rights or terms of employment or other benefits arising from that employment.
The Plan shall not confer upon any Optionee any right with respect to continuation of employment by the Company, nor shall it interfere in any way with his right or the Company’s right to terminate his employment at any time.
the Option grant and Participant’s participation in the Plan shall not create a right to employment or service or be interpreted as forming or amending an employment or service contract with the Company, the Employer or any Parent, Subsidiary or Affiliate, and shall not interfere with the ability of the Company, the Employer or any Parent, Subsidiary or Affiliate, as applicable, to terminate Participant’s Service (if any);

No employee shall have the right to be selected to receive an award under the Plan, or, having been so selected, to be selected to receive a future award.
