Grant. The Company hereby grants to the Participant an option (the “Option”) to purchase the total number of shares of Common Stock of the Company equal to the number of Option Shares set forth above, at the Exercise Price set forth above. The Option is being granted pursuant to the terms of the Company’s 2022 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Plan.

Grant; Type of Option. The Company hereby grants to the Optionee an option (the “Option”) to purchase the total number of shares of Common Stock of the Company equal to the number of Option Shares set forth above, at the Exercise Price set forth above. The Option is being granted pursuant to the terms of the 2017 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”). The Option is intended to be a Non-qualified Stock Option and not an Incentive Stock Option within the meaning of Section 422 of the Internal Revenue Code.

Grant of Option/Termination of Option. The Company hereby grants Participant the option (the “Option”) to purchase all or any part of an aggregate of ​ shares (the “Shares”) of common stock of the Company (the “Common Stock”) at the exercise price of ​ per share according to the terms and conditions set forth in this Award Agreement and in 2014 Stock and Incentive Plan (the “Plan”). The Option will not be treated as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”). The Option is issued under the Plan and is subject to its terms and conditions. A copy of the Plan will be furnished upon request of Participant. Unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Award Agreement, the Option shall terminate at the close of business ten (10) years from the date hereof.

Option Grant. The Company hereby grants to the Optionee, as of the Date of Grant, the right and option (this “Option”) to purchase the number of shares of the Company’s Common Stock (the “Shares”) for the exercise price per share (the “Exercise Price”), all as set forth below. Such Option shall vest and terminate according to the vesting schedule and term information described below. All terms of this Stock Option Grant Agreement shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the 2005 Long-Term Incentive Plan:

Unless earlier terminated, this option shall expire at 5:00 p.m., Eastern time, on the Final Exercise Date set forth in the Notice of Grant (the “Final Exercise Date”).

This agreement evidences the grant by the Company, on the grant date (the “Grant Date”) set forth in the Notice of Grant that forms part of this agreement (the “Notice of Grant”), to the Participant of an option to purchase, in whole or in part, on the terms provided herein and in the Company’s 2021 Stock Incentive Plan (the “Plan”), the number of Shares set forth in the Notice of Grant of common stock, $0.001 par value per share, of the Company (“Common Stock”), at the exercise price per Share set forth in the Notice of Grant. Unless earlier terminated, this option shall expire at 5:00 p.m., Eastern time, on the Final Exercise Date set forth in the Notice of Grant (the “Final Exercise Date”).

This agreement evidences the grant by the Company, on the grant date (the “Grant Date”) set forth in the Notice of Grant that forms part of this agreement (the “Notice of Grant”), to the Participant of an option to purchase, in whole or in part, on the terms provided herein and in the Company’s 2015 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”), the number of Shares set forth in the Notice of Grant of common stock, $0.0001 par value per share, of the Company (“Common Stock”), at the exercise price per Share set forth in the Notice of Grant. Unless earlier terminated, this option shall expire at 5:00 p.m., Eastern time, on the Final Exercise Date set forth in the Notice of Grant (the “Final Exercise Date”).

Grant of Option. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company hereby grants to the Grantee a nonqualified stock option (the “Option”) to purchase up to 200,000 shares of Common Stock (“Shares”) at an exercise price of ​1 per Share (the “Strike Price”).

Grant. The Company hereby grants to Participant, as a matter of separate inducement and agreement in connection with Participant’s service to the Company, the right and option to purchase (“Option”) all or any part of an aggregate of ​ Common Units (“Option Units”), on the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Plan, subject to adjustment as provided in [Section 8] of the Plan, at a purchase price per Option Unit of $1.00 (“Exercise Price”). The Exercise Price is equal to the Fair Market Value of the Common Stock on the date hereof, which is the date on which the Option was granted to Participant (“Option Date”). This Option is not intended to qualify as an incentive stock option within the meaning of section 422 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”).
