Notices. Any notice or communication required or permitted by any provision of this Award Agreement to be given to you shall be in writing and shall be delivered personally or sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, addressed to you at the last address that the Company had for you on its records. Each party may, from time to time, by notice to the other party hereto, specify a new address for delivery of notices relating to this Award Agreement. Any such notice shall be deemed to be given as of the date such notice is personally delivered or properly mailed.

Notices. Assignee specifies as its address for notices and its applicable Lending Office for all assigned Loans, the offices set forth below:

Notices. Any notice to be given to the Corporation under this option, except as required under Section 16 below, shall be addressed to the Corporation in care of its Director of Compensation located at the World Headquarters, and any notice to be given to the Participant under the terms of this option may be addressed to him at his address as it appears on the Corporation's records, or at such other address as either party may hereafter designate in writing to the other. Any such notice shall be deemed to have been duly given if and when enclosed in a properly sealed envelope or wrapper addressed as aforesaid, registered and deposited, postage and registry fee prepaid, in a post office or branch post office regularly maintained by the United States Government or any equivalent non-U.S. postal service.

Notices. All notices, requests and other communications that are required or may be given under this Agreement shall be in writing, and shall be deemed to have been given on the date of delivery, if delivered by hand or courier, or two business days after mailing, if mailed by certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, addressed as set forth below (which addresses may be changed, from time to time, by notice given in the manner provided in this Section):

Notices. The Administrative Agent or the Swingline Lender, as applicable, shall have received a Notice of Borrowing or Notice of Conversion/Continuation, as applicable, from the Borrower in accordance with [Section 2.3(a)] or [Section 5.2], as applicable, or the applicable Issuing Lender shall have received a Letter of Credit Application from the Borrower in accordance with [Section 3.2], as applicable.

Notices. All notices or other communications between the parties shall be in writing and shall be deemed duly given, upon delivery or refusal to accept delivery by the addressee thereof if delivered in person, or upon actual receipt if delivered by reputable overnight guaranty courier, addressed and sent to the parties at their addresses set forth above. Landlord and Tenant may from time to time by written notice to the other designate another address for receipt of future notices.

Notices. Any notices, requests, demands, and other communications provided for by this 2018 Outperformance Plan shall be sufficient if in writing and delivered in person or sent by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, to a Participant at the last address the Participant has filed in writing with the Company, or to the Company at their main office, attention of the Committee.

Notices. Any notice, request, communication or other document required or permitted to be given or delivered to the Holder or the Company shall be delivered, or shall be sent by certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, to the Holder at its address as shown on the books of the Company or to the Company at the address indicated therefor on the signature page of this Warrant. Such notice, request, communication or other document may also be delivered by any other means of transmission so long as reasonable confirmation of receipt by the addressee is obtained.

Notices. All notices, statements or other documents which are required or contemplated by this Note shall be made in writing and delivered: # personally or sent by first class registered or certified mail, overnight courier service or facsimile or electronic transmission to the address designated in writing, # by facsimile to the number most recently provided to such party or such other address or fax number as may be designated in writing by such party or # by electronic mail, to the electronic mail address most recently provided to such party or such other electronic mail address as may be designated in writing by such party. Any notice or other communication so transmitted shall be deemed to have been given on the day of delivery, if delivered personally, on the business day following receipt of written confirmation, if sent by facsimile or electronic transmission, one (1) business day after delivery to an overnight courier service or five (5) days after mailing if sent by mail.
