Notices. Each communication and document made or delivered by one Party to the other Party under this Agreement shall be made in the English language. All notices, consents, approvals, request or other communications required hereunder given by one Party to the other shall be in writing and made by # personal delivery, # first class certified mail with return receipt requested, # next-day delivery by major international courier with confirmation of deliver, or # email with a confirmation copy delivered by one of the foregoing methods. Notices will be deemed given upon receipt.

Notices and Other Communications. Any and all notices, requests, demands and other communications required or otherwise contemplated to be made under this Agreement shall be in writing and in English and shall be provided by one or more of the following means and shall be deemed to have been duly given # if delivered personally, when received, # if transmitted by facsimile, on the first Business Day following receipt of a transmittal confirmation, or # if by international courier service, on the second business day following the date of deposit with such courier service, or such earlier delivery date as may be confirmed in writing to the sender by such courier service. All such notices, requests, demands and other communications shall be addressed as follows:

Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties or specified in this Agreement, all communications between the Parties relating to, and all written documentation to be prepared and provided under, this Agreement shall be in the English language. Any notice required or permitted under this Agreement shall be # delivered personally, # sent by air mail or express courier service providing evidence of receipt, postage pre-paid where applicable, or # sent by electronic transmission or facsimile (complete transmission confirmed and a copy promptly sent by another permissible method of providing notice described in [clause (a) or (b) above]), to the following addresses of the Parties (or such other address for a Party as may be specified by like notice):

All demands, notices, consents, approvals, reports, requests and other communications hereunder must be in writing, in English, and will be deemed to have been duly given only if delivered personally, by mail (first class, postage prepaid, return receipt requested), or by overnight delivery using a globally-recognized carrier, to the Parties at the following addresses:

Notices. Any notice, consent, demand, request, approval, or other communication to be given under this Agreement by one Party to the other ("Notice") must be in writing and must be either # personally delivered, # mailed by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid with return receipt requested, # delivered by same-day or overnight courier service, or # delivered by facsimile transmission, in any event to the address or number set forth in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement or to such other address or number as may be designated by either or both of the Parties from time to time.

Except as otherwise specifically provided, all notices authorized or required between the Parties by any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be in writing (in English) and delivered in person or by courier service or by any electronic means of transmitting written communications which provides written confirmation of complete transmission, and addressed to such Parties, or by e-mail at the applicable e-mail address provided below.

Confidential 12.7 Notices. All notices, requests, demands, and other communications relating to this Agreement shall be in writing in the English language and shall be delivered in person or by mail, international courier or facsimile transmission (with a confirmation copy forwarded by courier or mail). Notices sent by mail shall be sent by first class mail or the equivalent, registered or certified, postage prepaid, and shall be deemed to have been given on the date actually received. Notices sent by international courier shall be sent using a service which provides traceability of packages. Notices shall be sent as follows:

Notices. All notices and other communications required or permitted under to this Agreement must be in writing and will be deemed given if sent by personal delivery, faxed with electronic confirmation of delivery, internationally-recognized express courier or registered or certified mail (return receipt requested), postage prepaid, to the parties at the addresses (or at such other address for a party as will be specified by like notice) on the first page of this Agreement.

All notices and other communications given or made pursuant to this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed effectively given: # upon personal delivery to the Party to be notified; # when sent by confirmed electronic mail or facsimile if sent during normal business hours of the recipient, and if not so confirmed, then on the next business day; # five (5) days after having been sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid; or # one (1) day after deposit with a nationally recognized overnight courier, specifying next day delivery, with written verification of receipt. All communications shall be sent to the Parties as follows:

Notices. Each Party shall deliver all notices, requests, consents, claims, demands, waivers, and other communications under this Agreement (each, a “Notice”) in writing and addressed to the other Party at its address set out below (or to any other address the receiving Party may designate from time to time in accordance with this Section). Each Party shall deliver all Notices by personal delivery, nationally recognized overnight courier (with all fees prepaid) or email (with confirmation of transmission), or certified or registered mail (in each case, return receipt requested, postage prepaid). Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, a Notice is effective only # upon receipt by the receiving Party; and # if the Party giving the Notice has complied with the requirements of this Section.
