Notices. All notices, requests, consents and other communications required or provided under this Agreement to be delivered by the ​ to the Grantee may be delivered by e-mail or in writing and will be deemed sufficient if delivered by e-mail, hand, facsimile, nationally recognized overnight courier, or certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, and will be effective upon delivery to the Grantee.

Notices. All notices, demands or other communications to be given or delivered under or by reason of the provisions of this Agreement will be in writing and will be deemed to have been given when delivered personally, mailed by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested and postage prepaid, or sent via a nationally recognized overnight courier, or sent via facsimile [[Organization B:Organization]] recipient with a confirmation of receipt and accompanied by a certified or registered mailing. Notices. Any notice required or permitted to be given under this Agreement shall be deemed properly given if in writing and delivered by hand and receipt is acknowledged by the party to whom said notice shall be directed, or if mailed by certified or registered mail, postage prepaid with return receipt requested, or sent by express courier service, charges prepaid by shipper, to the addresses of each party stated above and, in the case of notices to the Company, to the attention of its General Counsel at ​, [[Address A:Address]] (or to such other address as a party is directed pursuant to written notice from the other party).

For the purpose of this Agreement, notices and all other communications provided for in the Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered personally or by United States registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, if to Grantee, to Grantee’s last known address as shown in the personnel records of Grantee’s System Company Employer, and if to ​ or Grantee’s System Company Employer, to the following address shown below or thereafter to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith, except that notice of change of address shall be effective only upon actual receipt:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, though, the Company may authorize notice by any other means it deems desirable or efficient at a given time, such as notice by facsimile or electronic mail (e-mail).
