Notices. Notices hereunder shall be mailed or delivered to the Company at its principal place of business and shall be mailed or delivered to the Optionee at the address on file with the Company or, in either case, at such other address as one party may subsequently furnish to the other party in writing.

Notices. Any notice required to be delivered to the Company under this Agreement shall be in writing and addressed to the Secretary of the Company at the Company’s principal corporate offices. Any notice required to be delivered to the Optionee under this Agreement shall be in writing and addressed to the Optionee at the Optionee’s address as shown in the records of the Company. Either party may designate another address in writing (or by such other method approved by the Company) from time to time.

Notices. All notices to the Company provided for in this Agreement shall be addressed to it in care of its President or Chief Financial Officer at its principal office and all notices to Optionee shall be addressed to Optionee’s address on file with the Company or a subsidiary corporation, or to such other address as either may designate to the other in writing, all in compliance with the notice provisions set forth in [Section 25] of the Plan.

5.15Notices. Any notice to be given under the terms of this Option Agreement to the Company shall be addressed to the Company in care of the Secretary of the Company at the Company’s principal office, and any notice to be given to the Optionee shall be addressed to the Optionee at the Optionee’s last address reflected on the Company’s records. Any notice shall be deemed duly given when sent via email or when sent by reputable overnight courier or by certified mail (return receipt requested) through the United States Postal Service.

Notice. Any notice required by the terms of this Agreement shall be given in writing and shall be deemed effective upon receipt. Such notice shall be given by personal delivery or by registered or certified mail, with postage and fees prepaid. Notice shall be addressed to the Corporation at its principal executive office and to the Optionee at the address that such Optionee most recently provided to the Corporation.

All notices by the Company to the Optionee shall be addressed to the current address of the Optionee as shown on the records of the Company. Either party by notice to the other may designate a different address to which notices shall be addressed. Any notice given by the Company to the Optionee at his or her last designated address shall be effective to bind any other person who shall acquire rights under the Agreement.

Notices hereunder shall be mailed or delivered to the Company at its principal place of business and, except as otherwise provided in Paragraph 10(b), shall be mailed or delivered to the Grantee at the address on file with the Company or, in either case, at such other address as one party may subsequently furnish to the other party in writing.

NOTICES. Any notice to be given under the terms of the Plan shall be addressed to the Corporation in care of its Secretary at its principal office, and any notice to be given to an optionee shall be addressed to such optionee at the address maintained by the Corporation for such person or at such other address as the optionee may specify in writing to the Corporation.
