Governmental Compliance. The Tenant Improvements shall comply in all respects with the following: # all state, federal, city or quasi-governmental laws, codes, ordinances and regulations, as each may apply according to the rulings of the controlling public official, agent or other person; # applicable standards of the American Insurance Association (formerly, the National Board of Fire Underwriters) and the National Electrical Code; and # building material manufacturer's specifications.

Governmental Compliance. #Compliance with Applicable Laws. LICENSEE shall at all times during the Term of this Agreement and for so long as it shall use the Subject Technology and/or Patent Rights, or sell Licensed Products, comply and cause its Sublicensees to undertake to comply with all laws that may control the import, export, manufacture, use, sale, marketing, distribution and other commercial exploitation of the Subject Technology, Patent Rights, Licensed Products or any other activity undertaken pursuant to this Agreement.

LICENSEE shall at all times during the Term of this Agreement and for so long as it shall use the Subject Technology and/or Patent Rights, or sell Licensed Products, comply and cause its Sublicensees to undertake to comply with all laws that may control the import, export, manufacture, use, sale, marketing, distribution and other commercial exploitation of the Subject Technology, Patent Rights, Licensed Products or any other activity undertaken pursuant to this Agreement.
