“Governmental Authority” means any federal, state, local, municipal, foreign, supranational or other governmental or quasi‑governmental authority of any nature (including any governmental agency, branch, bureau, commission, department, official or entity and any court or other tribunal), or any administrative, executive, judicial, legislative, police, regulatory or taxing authority, or arbitral body.

“Governmental Authority” means any supranational, national, federal, state or local government, foreign or domestic, or the government of any political subdivision of any of the foregoing, or any entity, authority, agency, ministry or other similar body exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative authority or functions of or pertaining to government, including any authority or other quasi-governmental entity established by a Governmental Authority to perform any of such functions.

“Governmental Authority” means any governmental entity, court, tribunal, arbitrator, authority, agency, commission, department, board, bureau, official or other instrumentality of the United States, any foreign country, or any domestic or foreign state, province, county, city, other political subdivision or any other similar body or organization exercising similar powers or authority.

“Governmental Authority” means any federal, national, state, foreign, provincial, local or other government or any governmental, regulatory, administrative or self-regulatory authority, agency, bureau, board, commission, court, judicial or arbitral body, department, political subdivision, tribunal or other instrumentality thereof.

“Governmental Authority” means any federal, state, municipal, national or other government, governmental department, commission, board, bureau, court, agency or instrumentality or political subdivision thereof or any entity or officer exercising executive, legislative, judicial, taxing, regulatory or administrative power or functions of or pertaining to any government or any court, in each case whether associated with a state or locality of the U.S., the U.S., or a foreign government (including any supranational bodies such as the European Union or the European Central Bank).

“Governmental Authority” means any foreign, domestic, federal, territorial, state or local governmental authority, quasi-governmental authority, instrumentality, court, government or self-regulatory organization (including any securities exchange), commission, tribunal or organization or any regulatory, administrative or other agency, or any political or other subdivision, department or branch of any of the foregoing.

“Governmental Authority” means the government of the United States, any other nation or any political subdivision thereof, whether state or local, and any agency, authority (including supranational authority), branch, commission, instrumentality, regulatory body, court, tribunal or arbitral or judicial body or other Person exercising executive, legislative, judicial, taxing, regulatory or administrative powers or functions of or pertaining to government.

“Governmental Authority” means any federal, state, municipal, national, supranational or other government, governmental department, commission, board, bureau, court, agency or instrumentality or political subdivision thereof or any entity, officer or examiner exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to any government or any court, in each case whether associated with the United States of America, any State thereof or the District of Columbia or a foreign entity or government (including any supra-national body exercising such powers or functions, such as the European Union or the European Central Bank).

“Governmental Authority” shall mean any federal, state, local, or foreign government or political subdivision thereof, or any agency or instrumentality of such government or political subdivision, or any self-regulated organization or other governmental regulatory authority or quasi-governmental authority (to the extent that the rules, regulators, or orders of such organization or authority have the force of Law), or any arbitrator, court, or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.

“Governmental Authority” means any domestic or foreign government, governmental authority, court, tribunal, agency or other regulatory, administrative or judicial agency, commission or organization, and any subdivision, branch or department of any of the foregoing.
