Government Receivables. Promptly notify Agent if any of its Receivables arise out of contracts between any Borrower and the United States, any state, or any department, agency or instrumentality of any of them.

Government Receivables. Notify Agent immediately if any of its Receivables arise out of contracts between any Loan Party and the United States, any state, or any department, agency or instrumentality of any of them.

If any Borrower reports as being an Eligible Account or requests be treated as an Eligible Account any Accounts owing by the United States, any state or any department, agency or instrumentality of any of them (collectively, “Government Receivables”), or upon Agent’s request at any time following the occurrence and during the continuance of a Default or Event of Default with respect to any other Governmental Receivables, take all steps necessary to protect Agent’s interest in the such Government Receivables under the Federal Assignment of Claims Act or other applicable state or local statutes or ordinances and deliver to Agent appropriately endorsed, any instrument or chattel paper connected with any Government Receivables.

Government Receivables. To the extent that any Receivables from a Governmental Body are included in the Formula Amount, take all reasonable steps necessary to protect Agent’s interest in the Collateral under the Federal Assignment of Claims Act, the Uniform Commercial Code and all other applicable state or local statutes or ordinances and deliver to Agent appropriately endorsed, any instrument or chattel paper connected with any Receivable arising out of contracts between any Borrower and the United States, any state, any province or any department, agency or instrumentality of any of them.

Government Receivables. Upon the request of Agent, take all steps necessary to protect Agent’s interest in the Collateral under the Federal Assignment of Claims Act, the Uniform Commercial Code and all other applicable state or local statutes or ordinances with respect to, and deliver to Agent appropriately endorsed, any instrument or chattel paper connected with any Receivable arising out of, any contract between any Loan Party and the United States, any state or any department, agency or instrumentality of any of them.

Government Receivables. If any of Borrower’s Receivables in excess of Ten Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($10,000.00) arise out of contracts with the United States or any department, agency, or instrumentality thereof, Borrower shall immediately notify Lender thereof in writing and execute any instruments and take any steps required by Lender in order that all monies due and to become due under such Receivables shall be assigned to Lender and notice thereof given to the government under the Federal Assignment of Claims Act.

Upon Agent’s request, take all steps necessary to protect Agent’s interest in the Collateral under the Federal Assignment of Claims Act, the Uniform Commercial Code and all other applicable state or local statutes or ordinances and, upon Agent’s request, deliver to Agent appropriately endorsed, any instrument or chattel paper connected with any Receivable arising out of any contract between any Loan Party and the United States, any state or any department, agency or instrumentality of any of them.

Government Receivables. At Agent’s request, take all steps necessary to protect Agent’s interest in the Collateral under the Federal Assignment of Claims Act, the Uniform Commercial Code and all other applicable state or local statutes or ordinances and deliver to Agent appropriately endorsed, any instrument or chattel paper connected with any Receivable arising out of any contract between any Borrower and the United States, any state or any department, agency or instrumentality of any of them in the event any such Receivable arises under a contract which has revenues in excess of $1,000,000 per annum.

Government Receivables. Take all steps necessary to protect Agent's interest in the Collateral under the Uniform Commercial Code and all other applicable state or local statutes or ordinances, and if an Event of Default exists under the Assignment of Claims Act, and deliver to Agent appropriately endorsed, any instrument or chattel paper connected with any Receivable arising out of any contract between any Credit Party and the United States, any state or any department, agency or instrumentality of any of them.

Government Receivables. Notify Agent promptly if any of its Receivables arise out of contracts between any Borrower and the United States, any state, or any department, agency or instrumentality of any of them.
