Reporting. To the extent that any Letters of Credit are issued by an L/C Issuer other than the Administrative Agent, each such L/C Issuer shall furnish to the Administrative Agent a report detailing the daily L/C Obligations outstanding under all Letters of Credit issued by it under any Revolving Facility, such report to be in a form and at reporting intervals as shall be agreed between the Administrative Agent and such L/C Issuer; provided that in no event shall such reports be furnished at intervals greater than 31 days. In addition, each L/C Issuer shall provide notice to the Administrative Agent of its L/C Commitment, or any change thereto, promptly upon it becoming an L/C Issuer or making any change to its L/C Commitment.

SECTION # Reporting of Letter of Credit Information and L/C Commitment. At any time that there is an Issuing Lender that is not also the financial institution acting as Administrative Agent, then # on the last Business Day of each calendar month, # on each date that a Letter of Credit is amended, terminated or otherwise expires, # on each date that a Letter of Credit is issued or the expiry date of a Letter of Credit is extended, and # upon the request of the Administrative Agent, each Issuing Lender (or, in the case of clauses (b), (c) or (d) of this Section, the applicable Issuing Lender) shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a report setting forth in form and detail reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent information (including, without limitation, any reimbursement, Cash Collateral, or termination in respect of Letters of Credit issued by such Issuing Lender) with respect to each Letter of Credit issued by such Issuing Lender that is outstanding hereunder. In addition, each Issuing Lender shall provide notice to the Administrative Agent of its L/C Commitment, or any change thereto, promptly upon it becoming an Issuing Lender or making any change to its L/C Commitment. No failure on the part of any Issuing Lender to provide such information pursuant to this Section 3.9 shall limit the obligations of the Borrower or any Revolving Credit Lender hereunder with respect to its reimbursement and participation obligations hereunder.

SECTION #9Reporting of Letter of Credit Information and L/C Commitment. At any time that there is an Issuing Lender that is not also the financial institution acting as Administrative Agent, then # on the last Business Day of each calendar month, # on each date that a Letter of Credit is amended, terminated or otherwise expires, # on each date that a Letter of Credit is issued or the expiry date of a Letter of Credit is extended, and # upon the request of the Administrative Agent, each Issuing Lender (or, in the case of [clauses (b), (c) or (d)])])] of this Section, the applicable Issuing Lender) shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a report setting forth in form and detail reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent information (including, without limitation, any reimbursement, Cash Collateral, or termination in respect of Letters of Credit issued by such Issuing Lender) with respect to each Letter of Credit issued by such Issuing Lender that is outstanding hereunder. In addition, each Issuing Lender shall provide notice to the Administrative Agent of its L/C Commitment, or any change thereto, promptly upon it becoming an Issuing Lender or making any change to its L/C Commitment. No failure on the part of any Issuing Lender to provide such information pursuant to this [Section 3.9] shall limit the obligations of the Borrower or any Revolving Credit Lender hereunder with respect to its reimbursement and participation obligations hereunder.

Letter of Credit Reports. Unless otherwise requested by the Administrative Agent, each L/C Issuer shall report in writing to the Administrative Agent # promptly following the end of each calendar month, the aggregate amount of Letters of Credit issued by it and outstanding at the end of such month, # on or prior to each Business Day on which such L/C Issuer expects to issue, amend, renew or extend any Letter of Credit, the date of such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension, and the aggregate face amount of the Letter of Credit to be issued, amended, renewed or extended by it and outstanding after giving effect to such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension occurred (and whether the amount thereof changed), it being understood that such L/C Issuer shall not permit any issuance, renewal, extension or amendment resulting in an increase in the amount of any Letter of Credit to occur without first obtaining written confirmation from the Administrative Agent that it is then permitted under this Agreement, # on each Business Day on which such L/C Issuer makes any payment under any Letter of Credit, the date of such payment under such Letter of Credit and the amount of such payment, # on any Business Day on which the Borrower fails to reimburse any payment under any Letter of Credit required to be reimbursed to such L/C Issuer on such day, the date of such failure and the amount of such payment and # on any other Business Day, such other information as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request.

Reporting. Unless otherwise requested by the Administrative Agent, each L/C Issuer shall # provide to the Administrative Agent copies of any notice received from the Borrower pursuant to [Section 2.03(b)] no later than the next Business Day after receipt thereof and # report in writing to the Administrative Agent # on or prior to each Business Day on which such L/C Issuer expects to issue, amend or extend any Letter of Credit, the date of such issuance, amendment or extension, and the aggregate face amount of the Letters of Credit to be issued, amended or extended by it and outstanding after giving effect to such issuance, amendment or extension occurred (and whether the amount thereof changed), and such L/C Issuer shall be permitted to issue, amend or extend such Letter of Credit if the Administrative Agent shall not have advised such L/C Issuer that such issuance, amendment or extension would not be in conformity with the requirements of this Agreement, # on each Business Day on which such L/C Issuer makes any L/C Advance, the date of such L/C Advance and the amount of such L/C Advance and # on any other Business Day, such other information with respect to the outstanding Letters of Credit issued by such L/C Issuer as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request.

L/C Issuer Reports to the Administrative Agent. Unless otherwise agreed by the Administrative Agent, each L/C Issuer shall, in addition to its notification obligations set forth elsewhere in this Section 2.03, provide the Administrative Agent a Letter of Credit Report, as set forth below:

L/C Issuer Reports to Administrative Agent. Unless otherwise agreed by the Administrative Agent, each L/C Issuer shall, in addition to its notification obligations set forth elsewhere in this Section, provide the Administrative Agent with written reports from time to time, as follows:

for so long as any Letter of Credit issued by the L/C Issuer is outstanding, the L/C Issuer shall deliver to the Administrative Agent # on the last Business Day of each calendar month, # at all other times a Letter of Credit Report is required to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement, and # on each date that # an L/C Credit Extension occurs or # there is any expiration, cancellation and/or disbursement, in each case, with respect to any such Letter of Credit, a Letter of Credit Report appropriately completed with the information for every outstanding Letter of Credit issued by the L/C Issuer.
