Waiver of jury trial. In any action, suit, or proceeding in any jurisdiction brought by any party against any other party, the parties each knowingly and intentionally, to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law, hereby absolutely, unconditionally, irrevocably and expressly waive forever trial by jury.

Waiver of Jury Trial. Each party hereto hereby irrevocably waives trial by jury in any action, proceeding or counterclaim brought by one party against another party on any matter arising out of or in any way connected with this Agreement.

Waiver of Jury Trial Right. EACH PARTY HERETO HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY RIGHT THAT IT MAY HAVE TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN RESPECT OF ANY PROCEEDING. Each party hereby # certifies that no representative, agent or attorney of any other party has represented, expressly or otherwise, that any other party would not, in the event of a Proceeding, seek to enforce the foregoing waiver and # acknowledges that it has been induced to enter into this Agreement by, among other things, the mutual waivers and certifications in this paragraph (c).

Section # Waiver of Jury Trial. EACH PARTY KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVES ITS RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN ANY PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. THIS WAIVER APPLIES TO ANY PROCEEDING, WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE. EACH PARTY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT HAS RECEIVED THE ADVICE OF COMPETENT COUNSEL.

WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL. Each of the Parties hereby irrevocably waives all right to a trial by jury in any action, proceeding or counter claim arise out of or relating to this agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.

Waiver of Jury Trial. Each of the parties hereto hereby irrevocably waives any and all rights to trial by jury in any legal proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement.
