This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, as such laws are applied to contracts entered into and to be performed within such state, as though made and to be fully performed therein without regard to conflicts of law principles thereof. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply to this Agreement or to any sales of goods effected under this Agreement.

Governing Law. This Agreement, and all claims arising under or in connection therewith, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles thereof. The provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply to this Agreement or any subject matter hereof.

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be construed, and the respective rights of the Parties determined, according to the substantive law of New York, USA without regard to the provisions governing conflict of laws. The United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this Agreement.

This Agreement, and any matters relating to it, will be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New York, excluding its law relating to conflicts of laws and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (and any legislation implementing such Convention).

This letter shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A, without regard to any choice of law principles that would provide for the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. The Parties hereby exclude from this letter the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

This Order shall in all respects be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the substantive law of the State of New York, U.S.A., excluding its conflicts of law provisions. The parties exclude application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Governing Law. This Letter Agreement will be construed, interpreted and applied in accordance with the Laws of the State of New York and the federal Laws of the United States of America applicable therein, excluding its body of law controlling conflicts of law. The provisions of the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this Agreement.

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be deemed to be a contract made under the laws of the State of New York and for all purposes shall be construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles that would result in the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

Law Governing. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York governing contracts made and to be performed in New York without regard to conflict of law principles thereof.

GOVERNING LAW. This Order shall in all respects be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the substantive law of the State of New York, U.S., excluding its conflicts of law provisions. The parties exclude application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
