Governing Law; Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with, and its interpretation shall otherwise be governed by, New Jersey law. Each party irrevocably agrees that any legal proceeding arising out of, or relating to the subject matter of, this Agreement shall be brought in the Superior Court of New Jersey in Camden County or the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey located in Camden, New Jersey. Each party irrevocably consents to such jurisdiction and venue.

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without reference to the principles of conflicts of laws. Each party hereto consents to in personam jurisdiction and venue in the United States District Court of New Jersey. In the event that the United States District Court of New Jersey should lack subject matter jurisdiction, the parties consent to jurisdiction and venue in a court of competent jurisdiction in Camden County in the State of New Jersey.

Enforcement of Agreement. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is deemed by a court to be broader than permitted by applicable law, then such provision shall be reformed so that it is enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If any provision of this Agreement shall be declared by a court to be invalid or unenforceable to any extent, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected. Each party irrevocably agrees that any legal proceeding arising out of, or relating to the subject matter of, this Agreement shall be brought in the Superior Court of New Jersey in Camden County or the United States District Court of New Jersey, Camden Vicinage. Each party irrevocably consents to such jurisdiction and venue.

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be construed under and be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to any conflicts of laws principles thereof that would cause the laws of any other jurisdiction to apply. Any action or proceeding to enforce the provisions of the Agreement shall be brought only in a state court located in the State of New Jersey, Bergen County, or a federal court located in the State of New Jersey, and each of Executive and [[Organization A:Organization]] consents to the venue and jurisdiction of such court.

Governing Law. This Agreement and any controversies arising with respect hereto shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey (without regard to principles of conflict of laws that would apply the law of another jurisdiction).

11.6Governing Law; Exclusive Venue. This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any action to enforce the provisions of this Agreement shall be commenced exclusively either in the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey or in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
