Governing Law; Venue. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The parties agree that any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be brought only in a state or federal court having proper jurisdiction within Virginia. Both parties submit to such jurisdiction and waive any objection to venue and/or claim of inconvenient forum.

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, regardless of the laws that might otherwise govern under applicable principles of conflict of laws thereof.

Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced under, and in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia (excluding the Commonwealth of Virginia’s statutes and cases regarding conflicts of laws). Venue for resolution of disputes shall be in Arlington County, Virginia.

Governing Law. The validity, interpretation, construction, and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without giving effect to the conflicts of laws principles thereof.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard to any conflict of law principles. The federal and state courts encompassing Arlington, Virginia shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue to adjudicate any dispute arising out of this Agreement, and I expressly consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. The parties waive their right to a jury trial.

Governing Law and Venue. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington applicable to contracts made and to be performed within such state without regard to its conflict of law rules. Each party to this Agreement submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of any state or federal court sitting in King County, Washington or the Western District of Washington, respectively, in any action or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement and agrees that all claims in respect of such action or dispute shall be heard and determined in any such court. Each party also agrees not to bring any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this agreement in any other court and waives any defense or objection to the jurisdiction of any such court, including that of inconvenient forum.
