SECTION # Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Consent to Service of Process; Waiver of Jury Trial. (i) The governing law, jurisdiction and service of process provisions of [Section 10.07] of the Credit Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference, mutatis mutandis.

SECTION # Governing Law; Jurisdiction; WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL; Etc. The provisions of [Sections 9.09] (Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Consent to Service of Process) and 9.10 (WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL) of the Existing Credit Agreement shall apply to this Agreement, mutatis mutandis.

Consent to Jurisdiction; Service of Process; Waiver of Jury Trial. The jurisdiction, service of process and waiver of jury trial provisions set forth in [Sections 11.14 and 11.15]5] of the Credit Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference, mutatis mutandis.

Consent to Jurisdiction; Service of Process; Waiver of Jury Trial. The consent to jurisdiction and waiver of jury trial provisions set forth in [Sections 15.2 and 15.3]3] of the Credit Agreement, respectively, are hereby incorporated by reference, mutatis mutandis.

1.6Jurisdiction; Consent to Service of Process; Waiver of Jury Trial. The express terms of [Sections 9.15 and 9.16]6] of the Credit Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference, mutatis mutandis.

Section # GOVERNING LAW; SUBMISSION TO JURISDICTION; VENUE; WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL; SERVICE OF PROCESS. This Agreement and the other Credit Documents and any claim, controversy, dispute or cause of action (whether in contract or tort or otherwise) based upon, arising out of or relating to this Agreement or any other Credit Document (except, as to any other Credit Document, as expressly set forth therein) and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nebraska. The other provisions of Section 12.08 of the Credit Agreement are incorporated herein, mutatis mutandis, as if a part hereof.

Consent to Jurisdiction; Service of Process; Waiver of Jury Trial. The consent to jurisdiction and waiver of jury trial provisions set forth in [Sections 15.2 and 15.3]3] of the Loan Agreement, respectively, are hereby incorporated by reference, mutatis mutandis.

Governing Law; Waiver of Right of Trial by Jury. [Sections 10.14 and 10.15]5] of the Credit Agreement are incorporated herein by reference, mutatis mutandis.
