Certificates. The Lender shall have received such customary certificates of resolutions or other action, incumbency certificates and/or other certificates of Responsible Officers of the Company as the Lender may require evidencing the identity, authority and capacity of each Responsible Officer thereof authorized to act as a Responsible Officer in connection with the Loan Documents;

such certificates of resolutions or other action, incumbency certificates and/or other certificates of Responsible Officers of the Company as the [[Person A:Person]] may reasonably require evidencing the identity, authority and capacity of each Responsible Officer authorized to act in connection with this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which the Company is a party;

such certificates of resolutions or other action, incumbency certificates and/or other certificates of Responsible Officers of each Loan Party as the Administrative Agent may require evidencing the identity, authority and capacity of each Responsible Officer thereof authorized to act as a Responsible Officer in connection with this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which such Loan Party is a party;

such certificates of resolutions or other action, incumbency certificates and/or other certificates of Responsible Officers of the Borrower as the Administrative Agent may require evidencing the identity, authority and capacity of each Responsible Officer thereof authorized to act as a Responsible Officer in connection with this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which the Borrower is a party;

such certificates of resolutions or other action, incumbency certificates and/or other certificates of Responsible Officers of each Loan Party as the Administrative Agent may reasonably require evidencing the identity, authority and capacity of each Responsible Officer thereof authorized to act as a Responsible Officer in connection with this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which such Loan Party is a party;

such certificates of resolutions or other action, incumbency certificates and/or other certificates of Responsible Officers of each Loan Party as the Administrative Agent may require evidencing the identity, authority and capacity of each Responsible Officer thereof authorized to act as a Responsible Officer in connection with this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which such Loan Party is a party, including with respect to ​ Luxembourg # a copy of the resolutions of the board of managers (conseil de gérance) approving and authorizing, amongst others, the execution, delivery and performance of each Loan Document to which it is a party, and # specimen signatures of the managers and officers of ​ Luxembourg executing the Loan Documents to which it is a party;

such certificates of resolutions or other action, incumbency certificates and/or other certificates of Responsible Officers of each Loan Party as the Administrative Agent may require evidencing the identity, authority and capacity of each Responsible Officer thereof authorized to act as a Responsible Officer in connection with this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which such Loan Party is a party or is to be a party;

such certificates of resolutions or other action, incumbency certificates and/or other certificates of Responsible Officers of each Loan Party as the Administrative Agent may reasonably require evidencing the identity, authority and capacity of each Responsible Officer thereof authorized to act on behalf of such Loan Party in connection with this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which such Loan Party is a party;

such certificates of resolutions or other equivalent action and incumbency certificates of Responsible Officers of each Loan Party as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request evidencing the identity, authority and capacity of each Responsible Officer thereof authorized to act as a Responsible Officer in connection with this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which such Loan Party is a party;

such certificates of resolutions or other action, incumbency certificates and/or other certificates of the officers of Borrower as Bank may require evidencing the identity, authority and capacity of each officer thereof authorized to act as an officer in connection with this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which Borrower is a party;
