Charter Documents; Good Standing Certificates. Copies of the articles or certificate of incorporation of the Borrower, together with all amendments, and a certificate of good standing, each certified by the appropriate governmental officer in its jurisdiction of incorporation.

Charter Documents. Copies of the articles of incorporation, articles of organization or other charter documents of each Borrower certified to be true and complete as of a recent date by the appropriate Governmental Authority of the state or other jurisdiction of its incorporation and certified by a secretary or assistant secretary of the relevant Borrower to be true and correct as of the Restatement Effective Date.

Certificates of Good Standing. Certificates as of a recent date of the good standing of the Borrower under the laws of its jurisdiction of incorporation.
