Good Reason. When used with reference to a voluntary termination by the Executive of his/her employment with the Company, “Good Reason” shall mean any of the following, if taken without the Executive’s express written consent:

Good Reason. The Executive shall have “Good Reason” for termination of employment in the event of any of the following without the Executive’s prior written consent:

Good Reason. For purposes of this Agreement, and subject to the caveat at the end of this Section 4.6.3, “Good Reason” for Executive to terminate his employment hereunder shall mean the occurrence of any of the following events without Executive’s prior written consent:

Termination by the Executive for Good Reason. Termination by the Executive of the Executive’s employment with the Company for Good Reason. For purposes of this Agreement, “Good Reason” shall mean that the Executive has complied with the “Good Reason Process” (hereinafter defined) following the occurrence of any of the following events without the Executive’s written consent:

Good Reason. The Executive may terminate his employment under this Agreement for Good Reason. For purposes of this Agreement, “Good Reason” shall mean the occurrence of any of the following events without the Executive’s consent:

For Good Reason. Executive may terminate Executive’s employment for “Good Reason,” which shall mean the occurrence of any of the following, in each case without the Executive's written consent:

For Good Reason. Executive may terminate Executive’s employment for “Good Reason,” which shall mean the occurrence of any of the following, in each case without the Executive’s written consent:

Good Reason by the Executive. Executive may immediately terminate his employment for “Good Reason,” by giving written notice to the Company. For purposes of this Agreement, “Good Reason” shall mean:

Good Reason. “Good Reason” for the Executive to terminate the Executive’s employment hereunder shall mean the occurrence of any of the following events without the Executive’s consent:

Termination by the Executive for Good Reason. Termination by the Executive of the Executive’s employment with the Company for Good Reason. For purposes of this Agreement, “Good Reason” shall mean that the Executive has complied with the “Good Reason Process” (hereinafter defined) following, the occurrence of any of the following events:

Good Reason. The Executive’s employment may be terminated during the Employment Period, or any Additional Employment Period, by the Executive for Good Reason or without Good Reason.
