Global Guarantors contract clause examples

“Guarantors” means the Company and the Subsidiary Guarantors.

“Guarantors” shall mean Holdings and each Subsidiary Guarantor.

Guaranties” means the Company Guaranty and the Subsidiary Guaranty.

Guarantor” means the Company or any Subsidiary Guarantor.

“Subsidiary Guarantor” means any Subsidiary of the Company that executes and delivers, or becomes a party to, the Subsidiary Guaranty.

“Guarantor” shall mean each of the Subsidiary Loan Parties.

Guaranty” means the Subsidiary Guaranty.

Guarantor”: the Company or any Subsidiary in its capacity as a party to the Company Guarantee or a Subsidiary Guarantee, as the case may be.

“Grantors” means the Company and the Subsidiary Grantors.

Subsidiary Guarantor” means, collectively, the Subsidiaries of the Borrowers that are Guarantors.
