“Global Tranche Percentage” means the percentage equal to a fraction the numerator of which is such Lender’s Global Tranche Commitment and the denominator of which is the aggregate Global Tranche Commitments of all Global Tranche [[Organization A:Organization]] (if the Global Tranche Commitments have terminated or expired, the Global Tranche Percentages shall be determined based upon the Global Tranche Commitments most recently in effect, giving effect to any assignments); provided that in the case of Section 2.22 when a Defaulting Lender shall exist, any such Defaulting Lender’s Global Tranche Commitment shall be disregarded in the calculation.
