“Getty PA Lease” means, collectively, that certain # Unitary Net Lease and Net Sublease Agreement dated between Getty and Services (as assignee of LGP Realty Holdings LP, successor by merger to Energy Realty OP LP), # Letter Agreement regarding grant of security interest dated between Getty and Services (as assignee of LGP Realty Holdings LP, successor by merger to Energy Realty OP LP), # Letter Agreement regarding site investigations and excavations dated between Getty and Services (as assignee of LGP Realty Holdings LP, successor by merger to Energy Realty OP LP) and # Letter Agreement regarding site investigations and excavations dated between Getty and Services (as assignee of LGP Realty Holdings LP, successor by merger to Energy Realty OP LP).
Liens securing the obligations of the lessee under the Getty Lease, provided, that such Liens do not at any time encumber any property other than # personal property of such lessee (which shall not include any inventory, accounts, rents or the proceeds thereof) located on the premises subject to the Getty Lease and # the underground storage tanks and related piping, fittings, below ground meters, below ground components of automatic tank gauging systems and leak detection systems, and all other below ground components of the fuel storage and delivery systems located on the premises subject to the Getty Lease;
