You will have particular regard to the general duties of directors as set out in Part 10, Chapter 2 of the Companies Act 2006, including the duty to promote the success of the company:

otherwise practice and adhere to corporate formalities such as complying with its organizational documents and member and manager resolutions, the holding of regularly scheduled meetings of members and managers, and maintaining complete and correct books and records and minutes of meetings and other proceedings of its members and managers.

Your duties will include regular attendance at management and Board meetings, as well as time in the office or other sites (for example key clients)
