General Release. In exchange for the consideration provided to you under this Agreement to which you would not otherwise be entitled, you hereby generally and completely release the Company, and its affiliated, related, parent and subsidiary entities, and its and their current and former directors, officers, employees, shareholders, partners, agents, attorneys, predecessors, successors, insurers, affiliates, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities and obligations, both known and unknown, that arise out of or are in any way related to events, acts, conduct, or omissions occurring prior to or on the date you sign this Agreement (collectively, the “Released Claims”).

General Release. In consideration for the payments and additional benefits to be paid by the Company, I release the Company, its predecessors, related entities, and affiliates, and all of their owners, directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from all claims or causes of action of whatever nature that I now may have and that I either know about or hereafter may learn about, arising from or during my employment or resulting from the termination of my employment and existing as of the date that I sign this Agreement. I acknowledge and agree that the sums and benefits to be provided under the terms of this Agreement are, in significant and substantial part, in addition to those benefits to which I am otherwise entitled.

General Release. In exchange for the consideration provided to you under this Agreement to which you would not otherwise be entitled, including but not limited to the Separation Benefits, you hereby generally and completely release the Company and its current and former directors, officers, employees, shareholders,

General Release of the Company. You understand that by agreeing to this release you are agreeing not to sue, or otherwise file any claim against, the Company or any of its directors, officers, managers, employees or agents for any reason whatsoever based on anything that has occurred as of the date you sign this agreement.
