General Release of Claims. Employee, individually and on behalf of Employee’s heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, attorneys, successors and assigns knowingly and voluntarily releases and forever discharges Employer, including its parent corporation, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, predecessors, insurers, successors and assigns, and their current and former employees, attorneys, officers, directors and agents thereof, both individually and in their business capacities, and their employee benefit plans and programs and the trustees, administrators, fiduciaries and insurers of such plans and programs (collectively, theReleased Parties”), to the full extent permitted by law, of and from any and all claims, known and unknown, asserted and unasserted, which Employee has or may have against the Released Parties as of the date of execution of this Separation Agreement including, but not limited to, any alleged violation of:

General Release of All Claims. Employee, on Employee’s own behalf and on behalf of Employee’s heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns knowingly and voluntarily release and forever discharges Employer, its direct and indirect parent corporations, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, predecessors, insurers, reinsurers, professional employment organizations, representatives, successors and assigns, and their current and former employees, attorneys, officers, directors and agents thereof, both individually and in their business capacities, and their employee benefit plans and programs and their administrators and fiduciaries, both individually and in their business capacities (collectively referred to throughout the remainder of this Agreement as “Releasees”), of and from any and all claims, known and unknown, asserted or unasserted, which the Employee has or may have against Releasees as of the date of execution of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, any alleged violation of the following, as amended:

General Release of Claims. In exchange for the Company’s payment of the Separation Benefits and the promises in this Agreement, Employee, for Employee’s heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns, releases and forever discharges the Company, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated entities, and each of their shareholders, members, officers, directors, representatives, employees, former employees, volunteers, advisors, agents, attorneys, insurers, successors, predecessors, and assigns, (collectively theReleasees”) from all claims, rights, demands, actions, and obligations of any kind or nature, whether known or unknown, that Employee has or ever had against them arising out of Employee’s employment or separation of employment from the Company. This release includes, without limitation, any and all claims for any other compensation and all claims arising from contract (express or implied), tort, public policy, and equity, and any and all claims of wrongful discharge, retaliation, harassment and/or employment discrimination arising under local, state, and/or federal law and statutes including, without limitation, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, ERISA, Fair Labor Standards Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), the Washington Law Against Discrimination; the Washington Family Care Act; the Washington Family Leave Act; provided, however, that this release shall not apply to any claim for workers’ compensation insurance benefits or any unemployment benefits to which Employee may be entitled. Employee acknowledges and agrees that included in this General Release of claims are any and all claims that have been, or may be asserted by Employee or by any other person or entity on Employee’s behalf in any class or collective action relating to Employee’s employment and/or termination of employment with the Company. This section shall exclude all claims, rights, demands, actions, and obligations of the Company to the Employee for # any existing right to indemnification, contribution, and a defense, # any directors and officers and general liability insurance coverage of the Employee, # the Employee’s rights as a shareholder, # all vested rights of the Employee, # the Employee’s right to enforce this Agreement, and # any rights which cannot be waived or released as a matter of law.

Employee knowingly and voluntarily releases and forever discharges Company, and any parent or subsidiary corporations, divisions or affiliated corporations, partnerships or other affiliated entities of the foregoing, past and present, as well as their respective employees, officers, attorneys, directors, shareholders, agents, successors and assigns individually and in their business capacity (collectively, “Released Parties”), of and from any and all claims, known and unknown, asserted or unasserted, which the Employee has or may have against Releases as of the date of execution of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, any alleged violation of:

Employee and his heirs, executors, administrators, agents, beneficiaries, successors in interest, and assignees hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Employer and any past, present, or future owners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, insurers, partners, predecessors and successors in interest, beneficiaries, executors, administrators, personal representatives, heirs, successors, affiliates, and assigns of Employer and any other persons, firms, corporations, or entities with which Employer has been, is now, or may hereafter be affiliated (hereinafter theReleased Parties”), from any and all existing claims, demands, grievances, or lawsuits, whether known or unknown, that involve or arise from the employment relationship between Employee and Employer, or the termination of that relationship prior to the Effective Date (as defined in Section 9) of this Separation Agreement.

Release of Claims. In consideration of the benefits set forth herein, the Employee, on his own behalf and on behalf of any of the Employee’s heirs, family members, executors, agents, and assigns, hereby and forever releases the Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and any of their respective current and former officers, directors, managers, partners, employees, agents, attorneys, benefit plans, plan administrators, successors and assigns (theReleasees”), from, and agrees not to sue concerning, or in any manner to institute, prosecute, or pursue, any claim, complaint, charge or cause of action relating to any matters of any kind, whether presently known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, liquidated or unliquidated, that the Employee may possess against any of the Releasees arising from any omissions, acts, facts, or damages that have occurred up until and including the Effective Date of this Agreement, including, without limitation:

(A) Executive and the Executive’s heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns (collectively referred to throughout this Agreement as “Employee”) knowingly and voluntarily release and forever discharge the Company and its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, benefit plans, successors and assigns in such capacity, and the current, future and former employees, officers, directors, trustees and agents thereof (collectively referred to as “Employer”) from any and all actions, causes of action, contributions, indemnities, duties, debts, sums of money, suits, controversies, restitutions, understandings, agreements, promises, claims regarding stock, stock options or other forms of equity compensation, commitments, damages, fees and liabilities, responsibilities and any and all claims, demands, executions and liabilities of whatsoever kind, nature or description, oral or written, known or 177505654 v5

The Employee, on behalf of the Employee and his/her dependents, heirs, executors, agents, principals, partners, representatives, attorneys, administrators, assigns and transferees, as applicable parties, does hereby fully and forever release, discharge and free the Company, its officers, directors, employees, investors, shareholders, predecessors, successors, subsidiaries, parent company and their respective successors and assigns (theReleased Parties”) of and from any claim, duty, demand, liability, obligation or cause of action (collectively, “Claims”), and agrees not to sue any of the Released Parties concerning any matters of any kind, character or nature whatsoever, whether at law or in equity, now existing or heretofore ever having existed, whether currently known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, arising from any acts, omissions or facts that have occurred up until and including the Termination Date, including, without limitation, any and all Claims relating to or arising from the Employee’s involvement or employment relationship with the Company, the termination of that relationship and status, federal, state or local laws prohibiting discrimination in employment, or the Employee’s ownership of securities of the Company.

General Release of Claims. Executive, for himself, his spouse, descendants, dependents, heirs, executors, administrators, conservators, successors, and assigns (collectively referred to as “Releasing Parties”) knowingly, voluntarily, and irrevocably releases and forever absolves and discharges, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Employer and any of its current, former, or future parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, or related entities, and any of their respective past, present, or future Executives, officers, directors, stockholders, shareholders, members, owners, attorneys, agents, insurers, representatives, trustees, or administrators, predecessors, successors, and assigns, (collectively referred to as “Released Parties”), of and from any and all claims, demands, liens, agreements, contracts, agreements, covenants, actions, suits, causes of action, wages, obligations, debts, expenses, attorneys’ fees, damages, judgments, orders and liabilities of whatever kind or nature in law, equity, or otherwise, whether now known or unknown, asserted or unasserted, suspected or unsuspected, and whether or not concealed or hidden, which Executive now owns or holds or has at any time before owned or held as against any Released Parties based on actions or events that occurred prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement (collectively theClaims”) including, without any limitation:

Release of Claims. Employee agrees that the foregoing consideration represents settlement in full of all outstanding obligations owed to Employee by the Company and its current and former officers, directors, employees, agents, investors, attorneys, shareholders, administrators, affiliates, benefit plans, plan administrators, professional employer organization or co-employer, insurers, trustees, divisions, subsidiaries, predecessor and successor corporations, and assigns (collectively, theReleasees”). Employee, on Employee’s own behalf and on behalf of Employee’s respective heirs, family members, executors, agents, and assigns, hereby and forever releases the Releasees from, and agrees not to sue concerning, or in any manner to institute, prosecute, or pursue, any claim, complaint, charge, duty, obligation, demand, or cause of action relating to any matters of any kind, whether presently known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, that Employee may possess against any of the Releasees arising from any omissions, acts, facts, or damages that have occurred up until and including the date Employee signs this Agreement, including, without limitation:

Release. The Employee, and on behalf of the Employee’s heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, assigns, agents, servants, and attorneys (theReleasing Parties”) releases and forever discharges, to the greatest extent permitted by law, the Employer, and any associated entities and persons including parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, agents, management companies, servants, representatives, shareholders, lenders, members, directors, officers, staff members, and employees (theReleased Parties”) from any and all claims, causes of action, liabilities, covenants, agreements, obligations, damages, and/or demands of every nature, character, and description, without limitation in law, equity, or otherwise, which the Employee had, has, or may have (except as provided in this Section ),
