General. Notices and all other communications contemplated by this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when personally delivered or when mailed by U.S. registered or certified mail, return receipt requested and postage prepaid. In the case of the Employee, mailed notices shall be addressed to the Employee at the home address that the Employee most recently communicated to the Company in writing. In the case of the Company, mailed notices shall be addressed to its corporate headquarters, and all notices shall be directed to the attention of its Chief Executive Officer or principal human resources person.

Any such notice shall be deemed to have been given on the day delivered, if personally delivered, or on the third day after the date or mailing if mailed.

For the purposes of this Agreement, notices and all other communications provided for in this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered or mailed by United States registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid and addressed to the address of the respective party set forth on the first page of this Agreement, provided that all notices to the Company shall be directed to the attention of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, with a copy to the Secretary of the Company, or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith, except that notice of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

Mailed notices to Executive will be addressed to Executive at the home address which Executive has most recently communicated to the Company in writing. Notices to the Company will be addressed to the Chairman of the Board at the Company’s corporate headquarters.

Notices. Any notice to be given hereunder shall be deemed sufficient if addressed in writing, and delivered by registered or certified mail or delivered personally, in the case of the Company, to its principal business office, and in the case of the Employee, to his address appearing on the records of the Company, or to such other address as he may designate in writing to the Company.

Notices. All notices hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed given when sent by certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, if to the Employee, to the address set forth below or at the address shown on the records of [[Organization A:Organization]], and if to [[Organization A:Organization]], to [[Organization A:Organization]]’s principal executive offices, attention of the Corporate Secretary.

Notices. All communications provided for in this Agreement are to be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered or when mailed by United States registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to ​ (Attention: Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary) at its principal executive office and to Employee at ​ principal residence, or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing and in accordance with this Section 15(b), except that notices of change of address will be effective only upon receipt.
