General Information. Promptly, such additional information regarding the business, financial, legal or corporate affairs of any Credit Party, or compliance with the terms of the Credit Documents, as the Administrative Agent or any Lender may from time to time reasonably request.

General. No Member may sell, transfer, assign, give, mortgage, alienate, pledge, hypothecate or otherwise encumber or dispose of all or any part of such Member’s Interest, except as provided in this Agreement or except with the written consent of the other Member; provided, however, that such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld in the event that a Member intends to assign such Member’s Interest to an Affiliate. Any purported encumbrance or disposition of an Interest in violation of the terms of this Agreement shall be null and void and of no legal effect whatsoever.

General. Awards may be granted on the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 6. In addition, the Committee may impose on any Award or the exercise thereof, at the date of grant or thereafter (subject to Section 8(e)), such additional terms and conditions, not inconsistent with the provisions of the Plan, as the Committee shall determine, including terms requiring total or partial forfeiture of Awards (at no cost to the Company) in the event of termination of employment or service by the Participant and terms permitting a Participant to make elections relating to his or her Award.
