Gender and Number. In construing this Award Agreement, any masculine terminology herein shall also include the feminine, and the definition of any term herein in the singular shall also include the plural, except when otherwise indicated by the context.

Initial Deferral Election shall mean a Participant's valid initial election pursuant to [Section 9.l(b)] of the form in which his Post-2004 Benefit is to be paid.

Any use of the singular shall be interpreted to include the plural and the plural the singular. Any use of the masculine, feminine or neuter shall be interpreted to include the masculine, feminine and neuter, as the context shall require.

Gender and Number. Except where otherwise indicated by the context, any masculine term used herein also shall include the feminine, the plural shall include the singular, and the singular shall include the plural.

Gender and Number. The masculine pronoun whenever used in the Plan shall include the feminine. Similarly, the feminine pronoun whenever used in the Plan shall include the masculine as the context or facts may require. Whenever any words are used herein in the singular, they shall be construed as if they were also used in the plural in all cases where the context so applies.

Number and Gender. For purposes of this Agreement, the singular shall be deemed to include the plural and the neuter shall be deemed to include the masculine and feminine, and vice versa, as the context may require.

All language that implies the singular will also include the plural (and vice versa) and any words indicating one gender will also include the other gender, as appropriate; and

Definitions. The following terms shall have the meanings set forth on this Appendix A whenever used in the Plan. Except when otherwise indicated by context, reference to the masculine gender shall also include, when used, the feminine gender and the neutral gender and vice versa, and any term used in the singular shall also include the plural.

Section # Gender and Number.

Where the context requires, words in the masculine gender shall include the feminine gender, words in the singular shall include the plural, and words in the plural shall include the singular.
