Section # Number and Gender. With respect to words used in this Plan, the singular form shall include the plural form, the masculine gender shall include the feminine gender, etc., as the context requires.

Section # Gender and Number. Where the context admits: words in any gender shall include any other gender, and, except where otherwise clearly indicated by context, the singular shall include the plural, and vice-versa.

Section # Gender and Number; Section Headings. Words importing a particular gender mean and include the other gender and words importing a singular number mean and include the plural number and vice versa, unless the context clearly indicated to the contrary. The section and other headings contained in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement.

Interpretation. Words used herein regardless of the number and gender specifically used, shall be deemed and construed to include any other number, singular or plural, and any other gender, masculine, feminine or neuter, as the context requires.

Number. Words used herein in the singular form shall be construed as being used in the plural form, as the context requires, and vice versa.

Miscellaneous. Whenever used herein, the singular number shall include the plural, the plural the singular, and the use of the masculine, feminine, or neuter gender shall include all genders.

Target Number. The target number of Performance RSUs subject to this Award is (the “Target Number”). The Target Number will be divided into three (3) equal tranches, with any fractional Performance RSUs resulting from such division to be added to the final tranche so that the sum of the three tranches equals the Target Number (each, an “Award Tranche”).
