Words of any gender used in this Agreement shall be held and construed to include any other gender, and words in the singular number shall be held to include the plural, and vice versa, unless the context requires otherwise.

Words and phrases used in the singular shall be deemed to include the plural and vice versa, and nouns and pronouns used in any particular gender shall be deemed to include any other gender.

For purposes of this Agreement, whenever the context requires: the singular number shall include the plural, and vice versa; the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter genders; the feminine gender shall include the masculine and neuter genders; and the neuter gender shall include the masculine and feminine genders.

Whenever used in this Agreement words referring to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa, and words referring to the male gender shall include the female gender and vice versa. All references to third parties shall mean and include individuals, corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, trusts and any other form of entity or organization whether or not incorporated.
