Gender, Singular and Plural. All pronouns and any variations thereof shall be deemed to refer to the masculine, feminine, or neuter, as the identity of the person or persons may require. As the context may require, the singular may be read as the plural and the plural as the singular.

Heading; References; Incorporation; Gender. The headings used in this Agreement are for convenience and reference purposes only, and shall not be used in construing or interpreting the scope or intent of this Agreement or any provision hereof. References to this Agreement shall include all amendments or renewals thereof. Any pronoun referenced in this Agreement shall be deemed to include the other gender, including neutral genders or genders appropriate for entities, if applicable, and the singular shall be deemed to include the plural, and vice versa, as the context requires.

Singular and Plural; Gender. When required for proper interpretation, words used herein in the singular tense shall include the plural, and vice versa; the masculine gender shall include the neuter and the feminine, and vice versa.

For purposes of this Agreement, whenever the context requires: the singular number shall include the plural, and vice versa; the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter genders; the feminine gender shall include the masculine and neuter genders; and the neuter gender shall include the masculine and feminine genders.

Gender, Number, Section References and Headings. In this Plan, words in any gender include the other gender, the plural includes the singular, and the singular includes the plural. The Table of Contents and headings are for convenience of reference only and shall not modify, define, expand or limit the provisions of the Plan.

With respect to words used in the Plan, the singular form shall include the plural form and the masculine gender shall include the feminine gender, as the context requires.

All language that implies the singular will also include the plural (and vice versa) and any words indicating one gender will also include the other gender, as appropriate; and

Construction. Unless the context otherwise requires, when used herein, the singular shall be deemed to include the plural, the plural shall be deemed to include each of the singular, and pronouns of one or no gender shall be deemed to include the equivalent pronoun of the other or no gender.

pronouns of either gender or neuter shall include, as appropriate, the other pronoun forms; and

do not discriminate against any employees on any ground (including race, religion, disability or gender).
