Gender and Number. The masculine pronoun whenever used in the Plan shall include the feminine. Similarly, the feminine pronoun whenever used in the Plan shall include the masculine as the context or facts may require. Whenever any words are used herein in the singular, they shall be construed as if they were also used in the plural in all cases where the context so applies.

Number and Gender. For purposes of this Agreement, the singular shall be deemed to include the plural and the neuter shall be deemed to include the masculine and feminine, and vice versa, as the context may require.

Gender and Number. Except where otherwise indicated by the context, any masculine term used herein also will include the feminine; the plural will include the singular and the singular will include the plural.

Gender Neutral. Where appropriate herein, the references to the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter, and vice versa, and the singular shall include the plural and the plural the singular, in each case as the context may require.

Headings/Gender. Descriptive headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the meaning or construction of any provision of this Agreement. Whenever the context of this Agreement shall so require, the singular shall include the plural, the male gender shall include the female gender and neuter and vice versa.

Headings; Gender. The headings of this Agreement are for convenience of reference and shall not form part of, or affect the interpretation of, this Agreement. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, each pronoun herein shall be deemed to include the masculine, feminine, neuter, singular and plural forms thereof. The terms “including,” “includes,” “include” and words of like import shall be construed broadly as if followed by the words “without limitation.” The terms “herein,” “hereunder,” “hereof” and words of like import refer to this entire Agreement instead of just the provision in which they are found.

1.9Gender and Number Construction. In all cases where they would so apply, words used in the masculine gender shall be construed to include the feminine gender, and words used in the singular shall be construed to include the plural.

Words of any gender used in this Agreement shall be held and construed to include any other gender, and words in the singular number shall be held to include the plural, and vice versa, unless the context requires otherwise.

This Agreement shall be read with such changes in gender or number as the context shall require.

Miscellaneous. Unless stated otherwise # the singular number includes the plural and vice versa and words of any gender include each other gender, in each case, as appropriate, # headings and captions may not be construed in interpreting provisions, # this Amendment must be construed –
