Gender and Number. All terms and words used in this Lease, regardless of the number or gender in which they are used, shall be deemed to include any other number or gender as the context may require.

Gender and Number. As used herein, the masculine gender includes the feminine and neuter, the singular numbers the plural, and vice versa, whenever such meanings are appropriate.

Gender and Number. Except where otherwise indicated by the context, words in any gender shall include any other gender, words in the singular shall include the plural and words in the plural shall include the singular.

Throughout this Agreement, as the context may require, # the masculine gender includes the feminine and the neuter gender includes the masculine and the feminine; # the singular tense and number includes the plural, and the plural tense and number includes the singular; # the past tense includes the present, and the present tense includes the past; # references to parties, sections, paragraphs and exhibits mean the parties, sections, paragraphs and exhibits of and to this Agreement; and # periods of days, weeks or months mean calendar days, weeks or months.

Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the masculine pronoun whenever used shall include the feminine and neuter pronoun, and the singular shall include the plural.

Number and Gender. Unless the context otherwise requires, for all purposes of the Plan, words in the singular include their plural, words in the plural include their singular, and words of one gender include the other genders.
