Gender and Number. All terms used in this Agreement shall be deemed to refer to the masculine, feminine, neuter, singular or plural as the context may require.

Number and Gender. Throughout this Agreement, as the context may require, # the masculine gender includes the feminine and the neuter gender includes the masculine and the feminine; # the singular tense and number includes the plural, and the plural tense and number includes the singular; # the past tense includes the present, and the present tense includes the past; # references to parties, sections, paragraphs and exhibits mean the parties, sections, paragraphs and exhibits of and to this Agreement; and # periods of days, weeks or months mean calendar days, weeks or months.

Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the masculine pronoun whenever used shall include the feminine and neuter pronoun, and the singular shall include the plural.
