Gender and Number. Whenever the context requires, the gender of all words used herein shall include the masculine, feminine and neuter and the singular and plural of all words shall include the singular and plural.

Number and Gender. Whenever the context requires, references in this Agreement to the singular number shall include the plural; the plural number shall include the singular; and words denoting gender shall include the masculine, feminine, and neuter.

Gender Neutral. Where appropriate herein, the references to the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter, and vice versa, and the singular shall include the plural and the plural the singular, in each case as the context may require.

Gender, Number, Section References and Headings. In this Plan, words in any gender include the other gender, the plural includes the singular, and the singular includes the plural. The Table of Contents and headings are for convenience of reference only and shall not modify, define, expand or limit the provisions of the Plan.

A word which denotes the singular denotes the plural, a word which denotes the plural denotes the singular, and a reference to any gender denotes the other genders.

use of either gender includes the other gender, and use of the singular includes the plural and vice versa;

Miscellaneous. Whenever used herein, the singular number shall include the plural, the plural the singular, and the use of the masculine, feminine, or neuter gender shall include all genders.

Section # Construction and Language. Wherever appropriate in the Plan, words used in the singular may be read in the plural, words used in the plural may be read in the singular, and the masculine gender may be read as referring equally to the feminine gender or the neuter.

Unless the context otherwise requires, when used herein, the singular shall be deemed to include the plural, the plural shall be deemed to include each of the singular, and pronouns of one or no gender shall be deemed to include the equivalent pronoun of the other or no gender.

Interpretation. Words used herein regardless of the number and gender specifically used, shall be deemed and construed to include any other number, singular or plural, and any other gender, masculine, feminine or neuter, as the context requires.
