Gender; Number. Except where the context otherwise requires, words used in the masculine gender include the feminine and neuter; the singular number includes the plural, and the plural the singular; and the word “person” includes a corporation or other entity or association as well as a natural person.

Gender; Number. In this Note, the singular shall include the plural, each gender shall include the other, and this Note shall be the joint and several obligation of each Maker.

The words “hereof,” “hereunder,” “herein,” and similar compounds of the word “here” shall refer to the entire Plan and not to any particular term or provision of the Plan. Headings of Articles and Sections, as used herein, are inserted solely for convenience and reference and shall not affect the meaning, interpretation or scope of the Plan.

Number of Shares. Each SAR Award Agreement shall specify the number of Shares to which the SAR pertains and shall provide for the adjustment of such number in accordance with Section 12.
