Headings/Gender. Descriptive headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the meaning or construction of any provision of this Agreement. Whenever the context of this Agreement shall so require, the singular shall include the plural, the male gender shall include the female gender and neuter and vice versa.

HEADINGS. The headings in this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall not limit or otherwise affect the meaning hereof. This Agreement shall not be construed as if it had been prepared by one of the parties, but rather as if all the parties had prepared the same.
