Future Delivery and Execution of Documents. Each of Borrower, Guarantor, and/or each Pledgor (as applicable) will execute such additional documents as are reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent to reflect the terms and conditions of this Modification, and will cause to be delivered such additional certificates, legal opinions and other documents as are reasonably required by the Administrative Agent.

Each of Borrower, Guarantor, and/or each Pledgor (as applicable) will execute such additional documents as are reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent to reflect the terms and conditions of this Modification, and will cause to be delivered such additional certificates, legal opinions and other documents as are reasonably required by the Administrative Agent.

This Agreement may be executed and delivered by the Parties in counterparts and all such counterparts shall together constitute one and the same agreement.

Execution and Delivery. This Agreement has been duly executed and delivered on behalf of such Party, and constitutes a legal, valid, binding obligation, enforceable against such Party in accordance with its terms;

Execution and Delivery. This Second Amendment may be signed or executed by facsimile or portable document format (pdf) and the signing or execution by way of facsimile or pdf shall have the same effect as the signing or execution of the original.

Execution and Delivery. This Agreement may be executed by the parties in counterparts and may be executed and delivered by facsimile or electronic transmission and all such counterparts, facsimiles and electronic transmissions together will constitute one and the same agreement.

EXECUTION AND DELIVERY. The New Guarantor agrees that its Note Guarantee shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding any failure to endorse on each Security a notation of such Note Guarantee.
