Mandatory Reductions. If after giving effect to any reduction or termination of Revolving Commitments under this [Section 2.06], the Letter of Credit Sublimit, the Canadian Borrower Sublimit, the Canadian Swing Line Sublimit or the Domestic Swing Line Sublimit exceed the Aggregate Revolving Commitments at such time, the Letter of Credit Sublimit, the Canadian Borrower Sublimit, the Canadian Swing Line Sublimit or the Domestic Swing Line Sublimit, as the case may be, shall be automatically reduced by the amount of such excess.

If after giving effect to any reduction or termination of Revolvingunused Commitments under this [Section 2.06], the Letter of Credit Sublimit,Sublimit exceeds the Canadian Borrower Sublimit,amount of the Canadian Swing Line Sublimit or the Domestic Swing Line Sublimit exceed the AggregateTotal Revolving Commitments at such time,Credit Commitments, the Letter of Credit Sublimit, the Canadian Borrower Sublimit, the Canadian Swing Line Sublimit or the Domestic Swing Line Sublimit, as the case may be, shall be automatically reduced by the amount of such excess.

Mandatory Reductions. If after giving effect toNotice. The Domestic Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of the Letter of Credit Sublimit, the Domestic Swing Line Sublimit, the Canadian Swing Line Sublimit, the Canadian Borrower Sublimit or termination ofthe Aggregate Revolving Commitments under this Section 2.06,06. Upon any reduction of the LetterAggregate Revolving Commitments, the Revolving Commitment of Credit Sublimit, the Canadian Borrower Sublimit, the Canadian Swing Line Sublimit or the Domestic Swing Line Sublimit exceedeach Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Percentage of such reduction amount. All fees in respect of the Aggregate Revolving Commitments at such time,accrued until the Lettereffective date of Credit Sublimit,any termination of the Canadian Borrower Sublimit, the Canadian Swing Line Sublimit or the Domestic Swing Line Sublimit, as the case may be,Aggregate Revolving Commitments shall be automatically reduced bypaid on the amounteffective date of such excess.termination.

Mandatory Reductions. If after giving effectTermination or Reduction of Commitments. (a) Optional. The Borrower may, upon notice to any reduction or termination ofthe Administrative Agent, terminate the Revolving Commitments under this Section 2.06,Credit Facility, the Letter of Credit Sublimit, the Canadian Borrower Sublimit, the Canadian Swing Line Sublimit or the Domestic Swing Line Sublimit exceedMulticurrency Sublimit, or from time to time permanently reduce the Aggregate Revolving Commitments at such time,Credit Facility, the Letter of Credit Sublimit, the Canadian Borrower Sublimit, the Canadian Swing Line Sublimit or the DomesticMulticurrency Sublimit; provided that # any such notice shall be received by the Administrative Agent not later than ​ three Business Days prior to the date of termination or reduction, # any such partial reduction shall be in an aggregate amount of ​ or any whole multiple of ​ in excess thereof and # the Borrower shall not terminate or reduce # the Revolving Credit Facility if, after giving effect thereto and to any concurrent prepayments hereunder, the Total Credit Outstandings would exceed the Revolving Credit Facility, # the Letter of Credit Sublimit if, after giving effect thereto, the Outstanding Amount of L/C Obligations not fully Cash Collateralized hereunder would exceed the Letter of Credit Sublimit, or # the Swing Line Sublimit if, after giving effect thereto and to any concurrent prepayments hereunder, the Outstanding Amount of Swing Line Loans would exceed the Letter of Credit Sublimit, asor # the case may be, shall be automatically reduced byMulticurrency Sublimit if, after giving effect thereto and to any concurrent prepayments hereunder, the amountOutstanding Amount of such excess.Multicurrency Revolving Credit Loans would exceed the Multicurrency Sublimit.
