Further Assurances. Borrower shall execute and deliver to Lender any and all documents and instruments as may reasonably be required to implement the understandings and agreements herein contemplated.

Other Documents. In addition to the instruments specifically mentioned herein, Borrower shall execute and deliver such other and further documents deemed necessary by Lender to evidence and secure the indebtedness of Borrower to Lender contemplated herein, and to otherwise effect the transactions herein contemplated.

Further Assurances. At any time or from time to time upon the request of Agent, Borrower shall, and shall cause each other Loan Party to, execute and deliver such further documents and do such other acts and things as Agent may reasonably request in order to effect fully the purposes of this Agreement or the other Loan Documents and to provide for payment of the Loans made hereunder, with interest thereon, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Borrower agrees to execute such other instruments and documents and provide Lender with such further assurances as Lender may reasonably request to more fully carry out the intent of this Amendment.
