Further Assurances. From time to time upon the request of Creditor, [[Organization A:Organization]] shall promptly and duly execute, acknowledge and deliver any and all such further instruments and documents as Creditor may reasonably deem necessary or desirable to confirm this Agreement and the Note, to carry out the purpose and intent hereof and thereof or to enable Creditor to enforce any of its rights hereunder or thereunder.

Miscellaneous. [[Organization A:Organization]] shall have furnished to Creditor such other instruments, documents and opinions as Creditor shall reasonably require to evidence and secure the Loan and to comply with this Agreement, the Promissory Note and the requirements of regulatory authorities to which [[Organization A:Organization]] is subject.

Further Assurances. From and after the date of this Agreement, upon the request of the ​ or Guarantor, ​ or Guarantor shall execute and deliver such instruments, documents or other writings as may be reasonably necessary or desirable to confirm and carry out and to effectuate fully the intent and purposes of this Guarantee Agreement.
