Full Force and Effect. Except as specifically modified or amended by the terms of this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement are unchanged and remain in full force and effect. In the event of any inconsistency between this Amendment and the Agreement, this Amendment will control.

Full Force and Effect. Except as modified by this Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Agreement are hereby ratified and confirmed and are and shall remain in full force and effect. Should any inconsistency arise between this Amendment and the Agreement as to the specific matters which are the subject of this Amendment, the terms and conditions of this Amendment shall control. This Amendment shall be construed to be a part of the Agreement and shall be deemed incorporated in the Agreement by this reference.

Full Force and Effect. Except as specifically amended by this First Amendment, the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Except as expressly modified by this Amendment, all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that there are any inconsistencies between this Amendment and the Agreement, the terms of this Amendment shall govern and shall supersede the Agreement.

Except as otherwise provided in this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent this Amendment conflicts with the Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Amendment shall control.

Full Force and Effect. Except as amended hereby or as the context of this Amendment may require, the Existing Agreement remains in full force and effect in accordance with its terms as so modified.

Except as expressly modified by this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Section # Full Force and Effect. Other than as expressly modified or amended in accordance with the foregoing provisions of this Amendment, the remaining terms of the Agreement remain in full force and effect and nothing contained in this Amendment shall be deemed to alter change or amend the rights, duties or obligations of the parties to the Agreement or to affect the enforceability or validity of any other provision of the Agreement.

Except as otherwise provided in this Amendment, all the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement remain in full force and effect.

Limited Effect. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
