Full Floors. Subject to Landlord's prior written approval, in its sole discretion, and provided all signs are in keeping with the quality, design and style of the Building and Project, Tenant, if the Premises comprise an entire floor of the Building, at its sole cost and expense, may install identification signage anywhere in the Premises including in the elevator lobby of the Premises, provided that such signs must not be visible from the exterior of the Building.

Multi-Tenant Floors. If other tenants occupy space on the floor on which the Premises is located, Tenant's identifying signage shall be provided by Landlord, at Landlord's initial cost (but Tenant shall be responsible for the cost of any replacement or changes to such signage), and such signage shall be comparable to that used by Landlord for other similar floors in the Building and shall comply with Landlord's then-current Building standard signage program.

Multi-Tenant Floors. If other tenants occupy space on the floor on which the Premises is located, Tenant's identifying signage shall be provided by Landlord, at Tenant's cost, and such signage shall be comparable to that used by Landlord for other similar floors in the Building and shall comply with Landlord's Building standard signage program.

Initial Building standard signage for Tenant will be installed by Landlord in the directory in the main lobby of the Building and, in the case of any multi-tenant floor, in the listing of tenants in the elevator lobby for the floor on which the Premises is located, at Landlord’s sole cost and expense. In the event Tenant occupies an entire floor of the Building, Tenant may install its own signage in the elevator lobby of such floor, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, and otherwise in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 below. Any change in such initial signage shall be only with Landlord’s prior written consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed), shall conform to Building standard signage and shall be at Tenant’s sole cost and expense.

Multi-Tenant Floors. If other tenants occupy space on the floor on which the Premises is located, Tenant's initial identifying signage (as opposed to any replacement identifying signage, which shall be at Tenant's sole cost) shall be provided by Landlord, at Landlord's cost, and such signage shall be comparable to that used by Landlord for other similar floors in the Building and shall comply with Landlord's Building standard signage program.

Signage. Landlord will, at Landlord’s sole cost and expense, furnish Tenant building standard identification signage on or beside the elevator lobby of the Expansion Premises. Subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, Tenant shall have the right to install custom signage on the tenth (10th) and eleventh (11th) floors of the Building, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense.

Signs. Landlord shall include Tenant’s name in any tenant directory located in the main lobby on the first floor of the Building and in the parking garage elevator lobby on the first floor of the Building. If any part of the Premises is located on a multi-tenant floor, Landlord, at Tenant’s cost, shall provide identifying suite signage for Tenant comparable to that provided by Landlord on similar floors in the Building. Tenant may not install # any signs outside the Premises, or # without Landlord’s prior consent in its sole and absolute discretion, any signs, window coverings, blinds or similar items that are visible from outside the Premises.

Multi-Tenant Floors. If any other tenant leases or occupies space on the floor on which the Leased Premises is located, Tenant’s identifying signage shall be provided by Landlord, at Tenant’s cost, and such signage shall be comparable to that used by Landlord for other similar floors in the Building and shall comply with Landlord’s Building standard signage program.
