Full Floors. Subject to Landlord's prior written approval, in its sole discretion, and provided all signs are in keeping with the quality, design and style of the Building and Project, Tenant, if the Premises comprise an entire floor of the Building, at its sole cost and expense, may install identification signage anywhere in the Premises including in the elevator lobby of the Premises, provided that such signs must not be visible from the exterior of the Building.

Suite Signage. Subject to Landlord's prior written approval, in its reasonable discretion as to location and design, and provided all signs are in keeping with the quality, design and style of the Building and Project, Tenant, if the Premises comprise an entire floor of the Building, at Landlord’s sole cost and expense, may install identification signage anywhere in the Premises including in the elevator lobby of the Premises, provided that such signs must not be visible from the exterior of the Building.

#Second Floor Interior Signage. Subject to Landlord's prior written approval, in its reasonable discretion, and provided all signs are in keeping with the quality, design and style of the Building and Project, Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, may install identification signage anywhere in the second floor of the Premises, including in the second floor elevator lobby, provided that such signs must not be visible from the exterior of the Building.

Tenant's Interior Signage. Provided all signs are in keeping with the quality, design and style of the Building and Project, Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, may install identification signage anywhere in the Premises including in the ground floor lobby of the Building.

Tenant's Signs. Tenant shall be entitled, at its sole cost and expense, to one (1) identification sign on or near the entry doors of the Premises and for multi-tenant floors (if any) on which the Premises are located, one (1) identification or directional sign, as designated by Landlord, in the elevator lobby on the floor on which the Premises are located. Such signs shall be installed by a signage contractor designated by Landlord. The location, quality, design, style, lighting and size of such signs shall be consistent with the Landlord's Building standard signage program and shall be subject to Landlord's prior written approval, in its reasonable discretion. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, for the removal of such signage and the repair of all damage to the Building caused by such removal. Except for such identification signs, Tenant may not install any signs on the exterior or roof of the Building, the Other Existing Buildings or the common areas of the Building or the Project. Any signs, window coverings, or blinds (even if the same are located behind the Landlord approved window coverings for the Building), or other items visible from the exterior of the Premises or Building are subject to the prior approval of Landlord, in its sole and absolute discretion.

Multi-Tenant Floors. If other tenants occupy space on the floor on which any Phase of the Premises is located, Tenant's identifying signage (including, without limitation, elevator lobby identification signage on floors 6 and 7 of the Premises, as applicable) shall be provided by Landlord, at Tenant's cost, and such signage shall be comparable to that used by Landlord for other similar floors in the Building and shall comply with Landlord's Building standard signage program.

Interior Signage. Tenant may place its standard corporate signage and logo on the entrance to the Premises and in the elevator lobby of any full floor within the Premises (the exact specifications of which are subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed and shall be deemed Work (and accordingly, subject to Section 9.05 above)).

Floor Signs. Landlord shall install, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, an identification sign at each entrance to the Premises, that shall comply with the Building's standards signage program, on each floor of the Building in which the Premises is located. Any subsequent identifying signage shall be procured and installed by Landlord at Tenant’s sole cost and expense.
