During the term of this Agreement, Executive will be entitled to receive, at the Company’s expense, other insurance coverage and paid leave as described in the Company’s employee guidebook. Executive’s date of hire for purposes of benefits eligibility, including paid leave, will be her service date as recognized by Tribune Media Company.

Fringe Benefits. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to all benefits for which the Executive shall be eligible under any qualified pension plan, 401(k) plan, group insurance or other so-called “fringe” benefit plan which the Company provides to its executive employees generally, which benefits may be amended, modified, or terminated in the Company’s sole discretion.

Fringe Benefits. Fringe Benefits. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to such fringe benefits and perquisites as are provided by the Company to its senior executives from time to time, in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company.

Fringe Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to participate in all benefit/welfare plans and fringe benefits provided to Company senior executives. Executive understands that, except when prohibited by applicable law, Company’s benefit plans and fringe benefits may be amended by Company from time to time in its sole discretion. The terms of any such benefits shall be governed by the applicable plan documents and Company policies in effect from time to time.

Fringe Benefits. During the Term, the Employee shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit plans and programs (excluding severance plans, if any) made available by the Partnership for the benefit of its managerial employees at the Employee’s level or to its employees generally, in each case, to the extent permissible under the general terms and provisions of such plans or programs and in accordance with the provisions thereof. The Partnership may amend, modify or rescind any employee benefit plan or program and/or change employee contribution amounts to benefit costs without notice in its discretion.

Fringe Benefits. Include allowances and services provided by the contractor to employees as compensation in addition to regular salaries and wages. If a fringe benefit rate(s) has been established, identify the base, rate, and amount billed for each category. If a rate has not been established, the various fringe benefit costs may be required to be shown separately. Fringe benefits which are included in the indirect cost rate should not be shown here.

Executive shall, throughout the Employment Period, be eligible to participate in any and all group term life insurance plans, group health plans, accidental death and dismemberment plans and short-term disability programs and other executive perquisites which are made available [[Organization B:Organization]]’s executives and for which Executive qualifies under the terms of such plans, policies or programs.

Employer shall provide to Employee, at Employer’s cost, all perquisites to which other senior executives of Employer are generally entitled and such other perquisites which are suitable to the character of Employee’s position with Employer and adequate for the performance of his duties hereunder in accordance with Employer’s policy.

Fringe Benefits. During the Term and any subsequent renewal term,
