Employee Benefits, Fringe Benefits and Perquisites. During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Company’s health, life insurance, long-term disability, retirement and welfare benefits plans and programs available to the employees of the Company, pursuant to their respective terms and conditions. Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the Company or any affiliate of the Company from terminating or amending any employee benefit plan or program from time to time after the Effective Date.

Retirement and Welfare Benefits. During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Company’s health, life insurance, long-term disability, retirement and welfare benefit plans and programs available to employees of the Company, pursuant to their respective terms and conditions. Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the Company or any Affiliate (as defined below) from terminating or amending any employee benefit plan or program from time to time.

Employee Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s health, life insurance, long and short-term disability, dental, retirement, savings, flexible spending accounts and medical programs, if any, pursuant to their respective terms and conditions. Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the Company or any parent, subsidiary or affiliate of the Company from terminating or amending any employee benefit plan or program from time to time after the Effective Date.

Fringe Benefits and Perquisites. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits and perquisites consistent with the practices of the Company and governing benefit plan requirements (including plan eligibility provisions), and to the extent the Company provides similar benefits or perquisites (or both) to similarly situated executives of the Company.

Employee Benefits. During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in such health and other group insurance, perquisites and other employee benefit plans and programs of the Company as in effect from time to time on the same basis as other senior executives of the Company.

Fringe Benefits and Perquisites. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to health insurance, as well as such additional fringe benefits and perquisites provided by the Company to other similarly situated executives of the Company.

During the Employment Term, Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits and perquisites consistent with the practices of the Company and governing benefit plan requirements (including plan eligibility provisions), and to the extent the Company provides similar benefits or perquisites (or both) to similarly situated executives of the Company.

Fringe Benefits. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to such fringe benefits and perquisites as are provided by the Company to its senior executives from time to time, in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company.

Employee Benefits. During the Term, Executive shall be eligible to participate in all health benefits, insurance programs, retirement plans and other employee benefit plans and programs generally available to other executive employees of the Company.

4.4Fringe Benefits and Perquisites. During the Employment Term, Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits and perquisites consistent with the practices of the Company and governing benefit plan requirements (including plan eligibility provisions), and to the extent the Company provides similar benefits or perquisites (or both) to similarly situated executives of the Company.

Fringe Benefits. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to all benefits for which the Executive shall be eligible under any qualified pension plan, 401(k) plan, group insurance or other so-called “fringe” benefit plan which the Company provides to its executive employees generally, which benefits may be amended, modified, or terminated in the Company’s sole discretion.
