Hazardous Substances” means (a) any hazardous materials, hazardous wastes, hazardous substances, toxic wastes, solid wastes and toxic substances as those or similar terms are defined under any Environmental Laws; (b) any friable asbestos or friable asbestos containing material; (c) polychlorinated biphenyls (“PCBs”), or PCB-containing materials or fluids; (d) radon; (e) any petroleum, petroleum hydrocarbons, petroleum products, crude oil and any fractions or derivatives thereof; (f) per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances; and (g) any other hazardous, radioactive, toxic or noxious substance, material, pollutant or contaminant that, whether by its nature or its use, is subject to regulation or giving rise to liability under any Environmental Laws.

Hazardous Materials” means all substances, pollutants or wastes that are defined, listed or regulated under Environmental Law as “hazardous” or “toxic” or “pollutants” (or terms of similar intent or meaning) including, but not limited to, explosive or radioactive substances, petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, and infectious or medical wastes.

Hazardous Materials” means any waste, pollutant, hazardous substance, toxic substance, hazardous waste, special waste, regulated or defined as “hazardous,” “toxic” or words of similar import pursuant to any Environmental Law, including asbestos, asbestos containing material, petroleum or petroleum-derived substance or waste, radioactive materials and substances, urea formaldehyde and polychlorinated biphenyls or any constituent of any such substance or waste.

Hazardous Substances” means: # any petroleum or petroleum products, radioactive materials, asbestos in any form, mold, mildew, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, transformers or other equipment that contain dielectric fluid containing regulated levels of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and radon gas; and # any chemicals, materials or substances which are now or ever have been defined as or included in the definition of “medical wastes,” “hazardous substances,” “hazardous wastes,” “hazardous materials,” “extremely hazardous wastes,” “restricted hazardous wastes,” “toxic substances,” “toxic pollutants,” or other words of similar import, under any Environmental Law.

Hazardous Materials” means: (a) any substance, material, or waste that is included within the definitions of “hazardous substances,” “hazardous materials,” “hazardous waste,” “toxic substances,” “toxic materials,” “toxic waste,” or words of similar import in any Environmental Law; (b) those substances listed as hazardous substances by the United States Department of Transportation (or any successor agency) (49 C.F.R. 172.101 and amendments thereto) or by the Environmental Protection Agency (or any successor agency) (40 C.F.R. Part 302 and amendments thereto); and (c) any substance, material, or waste that is petroleum, petroleum-related, or a petroleum by-product, asbestos or asbestos-containing material, polychlorinated biphenyls, flammable, explosive, radioactive, freon gas, radon, or a pesticide, herbicide, or any other agricultural chemical.

Hazardous Materials” means all substances, wastes or other pollutants identified as hazardous, harmful, deleterious or toxic or otherwise regulated as hazardous, harmful, deleterious or toxic pursuant to any Environmental Law, including petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, infectious or medical wastes.

Hazardous Materials” shall mean all pollutants, contaminants, wastes, chemicals, materials, substances and constituents, including, without limitation, explosive or radioactive substances or petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls or radon gas, of any nature subject to regulation or which can give rise to liability under any Environmental Law.

Hazardous Materials” means all pollutants, contaminants, wastes, chemicals, materials, substances and constituents, including, without limitation, explosive or radioactive substances or petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls or radon gas, of any nature subject to regulation, or which can give rise to liability under, any Environmental Law.

Hazardous Substances” shall mean petroleum and petroleum products and compounds containing them, including gasoline, diesel fuel and oil; explosives, flammable materials; radioactive materials; polychlorinated biphenyls and compounds containing them; lead and lead- based paint; asbestos or asbestos-containing materials; underground or above-ground storage tanks, whether empty or containing any substance; any substance the presence of which is prohibited by any Environmental Laws; any contaminant, pollutant, waste or substance that is likely to cause immediately or at some future time harm or degradation to the surrounding environment or risk to human health; toxic mold, any substance that requires special handling; and any other material or substance now or in the future defined, classified or listed as a “hazardous substance,” “hazardous material,” “hazardous waste,” “toxic substance,” “toxic pollutant,” “contaminant,” “pollutant”, “radioactive”, “dangerous” or other words of similar import within the meaning of any Environmental Law, including: # any “hazardous substance” defined as such in (or for purposes of) CERCLA, or any so-called “superfund” or “superlien” Law, including the judicial interpretation thereof; # any “pollutant or contaminant” as defined in 42 U.S.C.A. § 9601(33); # any material now defined as “hazardous waste” pursuant to 40 C.F.R. Part 260;

Hazardous Materials” means all explosive or radioactive substances or wastes and all hazardous or toxic substances, wastes or other pollutants, including petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, infectious or medical wastes and all other substances or wastes regulated as hazardous, toxic, contaminants, pollutants or words of similar meaning pursuant to any Environmental Law.

Hazardous Materials” means all substances, pollutants or wastes that are defined, listed or regulated under Environmental Law as “hazardous” or “toxic” or “pollutants” (or terms of similar intent or meaning[[Holdings:Organization]] including, but not limited to, explosive or radioactive substances, petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, and infectious or medical wastes.
