Hazardous Material: any pollutant, contaminant, chemical or substance defined as or included in the definition of “hazardous wastes,” “hazardous materials,” “acutely hazardous wastes,” “hazardous substances ,” “extremely hazardous substances,” “toxic substances,” “toxic chemicals,” “toxic pollutants,” or words of similar import under any Environmental Law, including, without limitation, # any petroleum, petroleum products, or fractions or derivatives thereof, # natural or synthetic gas, # any asbestos and asbestos containing material, polychlorinated biphenyls or radon gas, and # any radioactive materials, substances or waste.

Hazardous Material” means any explosive or radioactive substances or wastes, any hazardous or toxic substances, wastes or other pollutants, including petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, infectious or medical wastes and any other substances or wastes of any nature regulated pursuant to any Environmental Law.

Hazardous Material” means # petroleum or any petroleum product, or derivative or fraction thereof, radon, radioactive materials or wastes, special waste, ignitable, reactive or corrosive substances, asbestos in any form, lead or lead-containing materials, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (including PFAS, PFOA, PFOS, Gen X, and PFBs), and polychlorinated biphenyls and/or # any chemical, material, substance, waste, product, derivative, compound, mixture, solid, liquid, mineral, or gas which is listed, classified or regulated as toxic, a hazardous substance, hazardous waste, acutely hazardous, hazardous material, contaminant, or pollutant as those terms are defined by any applicable Environmental Law, or described with words of similar import or regulatory effect under Environmental Laws.

Hazardous Materials” means all contaminants, pollutants or, hazardous or toxic materials, substances, wastes or other chemicals, including petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, infectious or medical wastes, explosive materials, radioactive materials and all other materials, substances or wastes of any nature regulated pursuant to, or for which liability or standards of conduct may be imposed under, any Environmental Law due to their hazardous or dangerous properties or characteristics.

Hazardous Materials” means all substances, wastes or other pollutants identified as hazardous, harmful, deleterious or toxic or otherwise regulated as hazardous, harmful, deleterious or toxic pursuant to any Environmental Law, including petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, infectious or medical wastes.

Hazardous Materials” shall mean all pollutants, contaminants, wastes, chemicals, materials, substances and constituents, including, without limitation, explosive or radioactive substances or petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls or radon gas, of any nature subject to regulation or which can give rise to liability under any Environmental Law.

Hazardous Materials” means chemicals, pollutants, contaminants, wastes, toxic or contaminated substances, hazardous substances, petroleum or petroleum products, asbestos-containing materials, mold or similar materials, including, without limitation, any substances which are “hazardous substances,” “hazardous wastes,” “hazardous materials” or “toxic substances” under the Hazardous Materials Laws (as hereinafter defined) and/or other applicable environmental laws, ordinances or regulations.

Hazardous Material” means any substance, material or waste that is regulated by or forms the basis of liability now or hereafter under, any Environmental Law, including any material or substance that is (a) defined as a “solid waste,” “hazardous waste,” “hazardous material,” “hazardous substance,” “extremely hazardous waste,” “restricted hazardous waste,” “pollutant,” “contaminant,” “hazardous constituent,” “special waste,” “toxic substance” or other similar term or phrase under any Environmental Law, (b) petroleum or any fraction or by-product thereof, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), or any radioactive substance.

Hazardous Materials” shall mean all pollutants, contaminants, wastes, chemicals, materials, substances and constituents, including explosive or radioactive substances or petroleum or petroleum distillates or breakdown constituents, asbestos or asbestos containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls or radon gas, of any nature, in each case subject to regulation pursuant to, or which can give rise to liability under, any Environmental Law.
