Hazardous Material: any pollutant, contaminant, chemical or substance defined as or included in the definition of “hazardous wastes,” “hazardous materials,” “acutely hazardous wastes,” “hazardous substances ,” “extremely hazardous substances,” “toxic substances,” “toxic chemicals,” “toxic pollutants,” or words of similar import under any Environmental Law, including, without limitation, # any petroleum, petroleum products, or fractions or derivatives thereof, # natural or synthetic gas, # any asbestos and asbestos containing material, polychlorinated biphenyls or radon gas, and # any radioactive materials, substances or waste.

Hazardous Materials” means: # any material, substance, chemical, waste, product, derivative, compound, mixture, solid, liquid, mineral or gas, in each case, whether naturally occurring or manmade, that is hazardous, acutely hazardous, toxic, or words of similar import or regulatory effect under Environmental Laws; and # any petroleum or petroleum-derived products, radon, radioactive materials or wastes, asbestos in any form, lead or lead-containing materials, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, and polychlorinated biphenyls.

Hazardous Materials” means: # any material, substance, chemical, waste, product, derivative, compound, mixture, solid, liquid, mineral or gas, in each case, whether naturally occurring or manmade, that is hazardous, acutely hazardous, toxic, or words of similar import or regulatory effect under Environmental Laws; and # any petroleum or petroleum-derived products, radon, radioactive materials or wastes, asbestos in any form, lead or lead-containing materials, urea formaldehyde foam insulation and polychlorinated biphenyls.

Hazardous Materials” means # any material, substance, chemical, waste, product, derivative, compound, mixture, solid, liquid, mineral or gas, in each case, whether naturally occurring or manmade, that is hazardous, acutely hazardous, toxic, or words of similar import or regulatory effect under Environmental Laws; and # any petroleum or petroleum-derived products, radioactive materials or wastes, asbestos in any form, lead or lead-containing materials, urea formaldehyde foam insulation and polychlorinated biphenyls.

Hazardous Materials” means any material, substance or waste that is listed, regulated, or otherwise defined as hazardous, toxic, radioactive, a pollutant or a contaminant (or words of similar regulatory intent or meaning) under applicable Environmental Law, or which could give rise to liability under any Environmental Law, including, but not limited to, all explosive or radioactive substances or wastes, petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, infectious or medical wastes and pesticides.

Hazardous Materials” means all substances, pollutants or wastes that are defined, listed or regulated under Environmental Law as “hazardous” or “toxic” or “pollutants” (or terms of similar intent or meaning) including, but not limited to, explosive or radioactive substances, petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, and infectious or medical wastes.

Hazardous Materials” means: # any substance, material, or waste that is included within the definitions of “hazardous substances,” “hazardous materials,” “hazardous waste,” “toxic substances,” “toxic materials,” “toxic waste,” or words of similar import in any Environmental Law; # those substances listed as hazardous substances by the United States Department of Transportation (or any successor agency) (49 C.F.R. 172.101 and amendments thereto) or by the Environmental Protection Agency (or any successor agency) (40 C.F.R. Part 302 and amendments thereto); and # any substance, material, or waste that is petroleum, petroleum-related, or a petroleum by-product, asbestos or asbestos-containing material, polychlorinated biphenyls, flammable, explosive, radioactive, freon gas, radon, or a pesticide, herbicide, or any other agricultural chemical.

Hazardous Materials” means any chemicals, materials or substances defined as or included in the definition of “hazardous substances”, “hazardous wastes”, “hazardous materials”, “hazardous constituents”, “restricted hazardous materials”, “extremely hazardous substances”, “toxic substances”, “radioactive materials”, “contaminants”, “pollutants”, “toxic pollutants”, or words of similar meaning and regulatory effect under any applicable Environmental Law, including petroleum and asbestos.

Hazardous Materials” means any toxic or hazardous substance, material, or waste, and any other contaminant or pollutant, whether liquid, solid, semi solid, sludge and/or gaseous, including chemicals, compounds, by products, pesticides, asbestos containing materials, petroleum or petroleum products, and polychlorinated biphenyls, and any other material or substance, whether waste materials, raw materials or finished products regulated or governed by any Environmental Law.

Hazardous Material” means any material, substance or waste that is defined, listed or regulated as hazardous, toxic, a pollutant or a contaminant (or terms of similar regulatory intent and meaning) under applicable Environmental Laws or with respect to which liability or standards of conduct are imposed under any Environmental Laws (including, without limitation, petroleum or petroleum products (including crude oil and any fractions thereof), methane gas, polychlorinated biphenyls, asbestos, pesticides, produced saltwater, fracturing fluid and associated chemicals and radioactive substances).

Hazardous Materials” shall mean # any petroleum or petroleum products, radioactive materials, asbestos in any form that is or could become friable, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, polychlorinated biphenyls, and radon gas; # any chemicals, materials or substances defined as or included in the definition of “hazardous substances,” “hazardous waste,” “hazardous materials,” “extremely hazardous substances,” “restricted hazardous waste,” “toxic substances,” “toxic pollutants,” “contaminants,” or “pollutants,” or words of similar import, under any applicable Environmental Law; and # any other chemical, material or substance regulated under any Environmental Law.
