Hazardous Material: any pollutant, contaminant, chemical or substance defined as or included in the definition of "hazardous wastes," "hazardous materials," "acutely hazardous wastes," "hazardous substances ," "extremely hazardous substances," "toxic substances," "toxic chemicals," "toxic pollutants," or words of similar import under any Environmental Law, including, without limitation, # any petroleum, petroleum products, or fractions or derivatives thereof, # natural or synthetic gas, # any asbestos and asbestos containing material, polychlorinated biphenyls or radon gas, and # any radioactive materials, substances or waste.

Hazardous Material: any pollutant, contaminant, chemical or substance defined as or included in the definition of “hazardous wastes,” “hazardous materials,” “acutely hazardous wastes,” “hazardous substances ,” “extremely hazardous substances,” “toxic substances,” “toxic chemicals,” “toxic pollutants,” or words of similar import under any Environmental Law, including, without limitation, # any petroleum, petroleum products, or fractions or derivatives thereof, # natural or synthetic gas, # any asbestos and asbestos containing material, polychlorinated biphenyls or radon gas, and # any radioactive materials, substances or waste.

Hazardous Material” means any substance, chemical, compound, product, solid, gas, liquid, waste, byproduct, pollutant, contaminant or material which is defined as hazardous, toxic or a pollutant under an Environmental Law, and includes, without limitation, # asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls and petroleum (including crude oil or any fraction thereof) and # any material classified or regulated as “hazardous,” “toxic” or a “pollutant” or words of like import pursuant to an Environmental Law.

Hazardous Material” means: # any petroleum, petroleum products, petroleum by-products or breakdown products, radioactive materials, asbestos-containing materials or polychlorinated biphenyls; # any waste, chemical, material or substance defined or regulated as toxic or hazardous or as a pollutant or contaminant under any Environmental Law.

Hazardous Materials” means: # any waste, gas, liquid, or other substance or material that is designated, listed or defined as a “hazardous substance,” “pollutant,” “contaminant,” “hazardous waste,” “regulated substance,” “hazardous chemical,” or “toxic chemical” (or by any similar term) under Environmental Law; and # any petroleum or petroleum-derived products, radon, radioactive materials or wastes, asbestos in any form, lead or lead-containing materials, urea formaldehyde foam insulation and polychlorinated biphenyls.

Hazardous Materials” means any waste, pollutant, hazardous substance, toxic substance, hazardous waste, special waste, regulated or defined as “hazardous,” “toxic” or words of similar import pursuant to any Environmental Law, including asbestos, asbestos containing material, petroleum or petroleum-derived substance or waste, radioactive materials and substances, urea formaldehyde and polychlorinated biphenyls or any constituent of any such substance or waste.

"Hazardous Material" means # any element, compound or chemical that is defined, listed or otherwise classified as a contaminant, pollutant, toxic pollutant, toxic or hazardous substance, extremely hazardous substance or chemical, hazardous waste, special waste, or solid waste under Environmental Laws or that is likely to cause immediately, or at some future time, harm to or have an adverse effect on, the environment or risk to human health or safety, including, without limitation, any pollutant, contaminant, waste, hazardous waste, toxic substance or dangerous good which is defined or identified in any Environmental Law and which is present in the environment in such quantity or state that it contravenes any Environmental Law; # petroleum and its refined products; # polychlorinated biphenyls; # any substance exhibiting a hazardous waste characteristic, including, without limitation, corrosivity, ignitability, toxicity or reactivity as well as any radioactive or explosive materials; and # any raw materials, building components (including, without limitation, asbestos-containing materials) and manufactured products containing hazardous substances listed or classified as such under Environmental Laws.

Hazardous Materials”: all substances, materials or wastes listed, defined, designated or classified as a pollutant or contaminant, or as hazardous, toxic, explosive or radioactive, including petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, infectious or medical wastes and all other substances, materials or wastes of any nature which, in each case, are regulated pursuant to any Environmental Law.
